was sent to er by a Dr. She told them to check my heart...I'm not a heart patient. they had me confused with another patient. why should I pay for their incompetence?

I don't owe any medical bills. why would they call me?

Answered call and got a low tone for half second, then terminated. Appears to be some kind of medical collection unit. Ended that harassment with a complaint and PrivacyStar. They won't get through a second time.

I keep ****ing up & they leave a voice mail.  Glad that someone posted that this is a debt collection agency guess they are trying to collect for emergency surgery last year.  If they want to pay my bills I'll be glad to pay that.

This person was looking for my mother and I told them not to call this number a***n because it is not her phone AND they keep calling

They just called and ***g up when it went to my voice mail! I can't be home 24/7!!!

They are horribly rude! They are a collection agency in Memphis, TN that collects medical bills. They operate under 4 different names: Revenue****urance Professionals, Consolidated Recovery Systems, MiraCorp Financial Services, and ProCheck. Their website is www.rapllc.com. They called me about a medical bill I owe to ****odist Hospital. They had called 8 times in one day! I called them back and found out who they were. I had not even received the bill from ****odist when they s****ed calling. I told the lady that, and she said "Uh-huh, well I'll mail you ANOTHER one since you wanna act like you didn't get the first one." Rude! I asked how much the bill is and she told me. I owe about 1/2 of my annual salary for this bill. I attempted to set up payment arrangements but she would not accept anything I could afford. She informed me I would need to pay $575 per month. I told her that just isn't possible. My husband has been laid off (already exhausted unemployment benefits) and I only bring home $670 every 2 weeks and we have 2 kids to take care of. I offered to send $100 a month and she replied (very loudly and rudely) "UH-UH, that's totally unacceptable!" I kept saying that's all I can afford and she said they could not set up payments for a penny less than $575 a month. I told her I'll be sending my $100 a month and not a penny more. I've been sending it for the last few months, but they still continue to call me nearly every day.

Who is this calling me?

It would be nice if they leave a msg and stop ****ing up when you answer the phone. Who is this anyway?? They are calling a business phone, so it must not be too important if they can't leave a msg for the person they are trying to contact.

901-***-2521 is "Credit Recovery" and continues to call EVEN if there is nothing to collect!! Dr. Winegold from Jonesboro, AR uses them and I've called both to try to stop the calls. I would love to get a lawyer involved! Maybe this would make them stop calling!

they call and when you ask who they are they **** up. when calling them back they answer, good morning. never says company name

The person calls and uses my name and says call Ms Cooke,called them and they would not tell who they are.

They called me, never left any messages and when I called back they asked for my number. When I woulldn't give it to her, she said she couldn't help me and ***g up on me. Very rude and unprofessional!!!!

Its a collection agency.  They try to collect on past due medical bills.  I know for sure they collect for St. Francis Hospital.

calls all time about old medical bills -never talked to them -they leave messages to call back but i never do-i try to send whatever i can but i cant pay thousands of dollars i dont have it-

I just got a message...called back to see who it was bc it cut the message off. Never got a name of a company I was just put on hold then refered to a mailbox to leave my info..yea ooook. its collections though. The minor thing works or saying they have the wrong number.

Said her name was Ms. Wilson, was important that I return the call. Does not say what company they are.

This company is very rude, they called me and then once I told them they were calling a minor that was my step-daughter they would not provide any further information.

This number is calling my job.

These people called me twice so far and not really nice at all. There is a thing called the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) which if you tell them to stop calling and they must honor you telling them to stop calling your phone.  If they do not, they are violating FTC law and have opened the door up to be sued.Since they are being rude, that is called harrasment and under that Act, it is illegal for them to be that way.

Collection agency not nice

it is a collection agency that collects on medical bills, have told them 10 times that I am on disability, to file it with medicare and they just keep calling, extremely rude

Also, I think it's called Revenue Recovery and they are out of Knoxville, but this office is in Memphis.  Seems they do a lot of collection for medical bills. And, yes, they are extremely rude.
