The trunk line that the number originates from is located in Stewiacke, Nova Scotia and is owned by TELUS Mobility... maybe we need to get on their a** about cutting service for abusive calls...

In Halifax visiting nag recvd this call. Tried to figure out who could possibly know me locally. Scam.

They called your number because they call random numbers - any  random 7 digit number will do - this time it just happened to be yours.

I have that number showing up on both my home phone and cell number.  I missed the call both times.  I was truly convinced it *must* be someone I know to show up on both phones.  Jayzuz

I am not a WestJet customer, but had a (missed) call from this number.

Getting these calls at home and on cell phone several times on each in May and now June. Very annoying. Thing is, I am not a WestJet customer, preferred or otherwise. I might have flown on WestJet in 1994... (not that I have anything a***nst WestJet - I'd love to be a preferred customer! I just don't go anywhere!!) I do not enter my cell phone number anywhere for any purpose. I suspect that these automated calls are created by an auto dialer...

I just called westjet and update my profile this morning, then i got the call from this number. they are probably the hackers, hack the data from westjet database, pursuaded customer to buy their offers. beware of their TRAP...TRAP..

They claimed to be westjet, when I asked how they got my number, they said "we don't have that information" and said they could pass me through to someone who could tell me.  So I waited (like a *****) and all that happened was a couple of beeps and the call disconnected. These people are ruthless

They could be dialing: 1000, 1001, 1002.. only proper digits number.

Same Here got a Call on my Cel....It seems that West Jet got Hacked!!!They knew I was a WestJet preferred customer and also they knew my Cel #!Do you have an account with west jet? Did you give your cel number to west jet?I never posted my # on the net so it must have been leaked from WestJet database...When companies will learn to encrypt sensitive information??????? Is Sony's example is not enough? How about other big corporations that got hacked????They can not store a credit card in the database by law but your personal info is ok!How come a credit card number is more important then MY PERSONAL INFO?Too Baad WestJet....

my son has been missing and I had this number come up on my phone, with a voice mail saying "to accept " then it cut off.  I thought it might have been a collect call.  This little web page cleared that up for rme

Me too.. I pushed 1 to yell at idiots but no one there. Then I called my cell provider and made sure I can't be charged for international calls incase it is one of those scams.

Called my Cell phone! How do they get your cell phone if you put it NO WHERE on the net?
