Why am I getting unwanted "wrong number" calls in KY from Sackville Nova Scotia?

repeated phone calls but no message left or caller ID given

this is Quill corporation  a large office supply company

Received call from this number and person identified herself at Sherry Russell with Quill office supplies.

this is Quill if you answer they want to make sure you have everything you need. If you do not answer they never leave a message.

Call appeared on my caller ID at 8:34 a.m. Dec. 1, 2009I don't answer calls from 800 & 900 numbers.

I was charged 4.41 for a call from this phone number and I don't even know who this is. Is it indeed Nova Scotia?

Saleman from Quill.com He said they had a warehouse close to us. This number is regis**** to Nova Scotia and last time I checked this is not close to KY. He was not overly pushy.
