She called and ***g up when I answered when I called back she asked me for my birthday and social but wouldn't not tell me why

Has called numerous times and doesn't leave a voicemail. Call is now blocked so it shows up on my phone as a blocked call.

Definitely a robocaller. When you answer, it sticks for a few seconds then someone from who speaks English as a second language comes on and immediately asks for your account number.
