Just called me, i said "hello" no response so i ***g up. very annoying.

the #903 331 0516 and 0516 call and **** up. its a land line  throughLevel 3 Communications, Inc.  so i google it. snd thid is what i found out. seems  there systems are mess up. these are what the tx school dist use to send out there messages to parents. and it set on a timer. even if theres no message it still calls.Level 3 Communications, Inc. today announced that it has been selected as the primary provider of network services by the Texas Education Telecommunications Network (TETN). Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, Level 3 will deliver high-s***d IP and colocation services to TETN.
