I got a phone call from 903-331-0517 last night.  They were trying to sale tickets to an event for our local police department.I kindly rejected when the lady got my name wrong.

I get this same call everyday at the same time.  They need to fix this.

yeah we get this call too... Not a bad idea for the schools to do this for us parents, when there is pertinent news to report... Flu outbreak, report card day, etc... But the **** up calls they gotta fix. I'll get the call sometimes a few times a week.

ok! found out  this.the #903 331 0516 and 0516 call and **** up. its a land line  throughLevel 3 Communications, Inc.  so i google it. and this is what i found out. seems  there systems are mess up. these are what the tx school dist use to send out there messages to parents. and it set on a timer. even if theres no message it still calls.Level 3 Communications, Inc. today announced that it has been selected as the primary provider of network services by the Texas Education Telecommunications Network (TETN). i have been getting calls from this #903-331-0517 i answer and its like a baby saying so****ing or playing with the phone then they **** up. when calling  the #903-331-0517 backit is set to private and say there not taking calls at this time.

i dont understand. they have been calling for a week now, and yes they call and then **** up without saying anything..who is this person!?!

call several times a week no one says anything then ****s up
