Called on cell phone, answered, said press 1 for a special 6% apr. asked if I had over $3000 on all my credit cards, it got quiet and I said, I think we better end this call and I ***g up.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! You answer the phone and a recording says "Hello, I am calling from the customer service department for your credit card" (NO CREDIT CARD TYPE IS MENTIONED) don't worry there isn't a problem I am calling becasue we have a special offer for you to lower your interest rate to 6.5% -this offer is available today only. Press 1 to speak with an operator." So, I pressed 1 and a live woman answered. I told her I'm calling because of a special offer -she began to ask me to verify my credit card # -then I told her that "I work for the Boston police and I believe this call is a scam" the phone SLAMMED down on me....
