Will not leave a message. Constantly calling!!!!

When I answered I could hear them **** up.  I called the number back and it goes to a generic message stating the voice mail is not set up and cannot leave a message.Has anyone reported this to the phone company and gotten  any results? Maybe if everyone puts in a complaint they will be caught....

This person called and asked if Steve was home.  I said yes and they said nothing.  I called back when they ***g up but they didn't answer.

Calls early in the morning or late at night then ****s up before I can even answer. Very annoying.

It was a "he" when I picked up the phone, and the voice was very deep. Likewise, he knew my name and last name, but I refused the conversation.

Keeps calling repeatedly after I told them I was on the DO NOT CALL list.  Would not identify themselves

They are evil and bad people called green energy... How do we stop these bad people???

When I answered all I heard was clearly a recorded "goodby."
