Rec'd a call from this number...strong foreign accent, some officer of a bs investigation unit...told me or my lawyer to contact them.

Just received a call from the same number, somehow he knew my social and bank account number told me he was an officer and that this call was being monitored by a bunch of attorneys...who speaks that way.

These people having been calling my place of employment for the last 2 weeks.  My employer has stated that they wouldn't give any info but kept asking for me.  I'm in a totally different department. They became such a nuisance that one I got a callback phone number for them.  They said I owed money and wanted me to fax them an apology letter and authorize them to debit my credit card.  They are from American Law Division.  THIS IS AWFUL!!

Just got these same types of calls.  I called the consumer protection division for Indiana.  They said do not respond it is a scam.  Sound like they try and scare you into thinking someone is stealing your iden***y but really they are trying to get your info to steal it.  I also blocked the call from my cell phone.  Number that showed up on my cell was 801-014.  Bet is from another country in a room with people tryng to get your info.  Good luck getting mine.  I am a victim of this bad economy my credit SUX!!!!!!!!!!!!
