Leave a CommentI don't know these people or have any use for them,....call all times of day- even in the evening...on do not call list since '04 also
Left no message. No idea who they are. On the national DO NOT CALL list since 2004.
Received two calls from this # (Marshall Swift) left no messages.
Called and did not leave a message. We are also on the national do not call list.
Caller id has this number 903-510-5100 with the name Marshall Swift. Has called at 11:38am on 1/29; 10:25am on 2/2; 6:50 pm on 2/9. Leaves no message; I don't answer due to caller id and I do not know this person. I am on the do not call registry.
These guys are contractors for the insurance industry, following up with clients who have not returned surveys to update housing construction information. This data helps the insurance company make sure a house is not over- or under-insured in case it needs to be rebuilt after a major claim. My insurance company is USAA, who told me that this Marshal Swift company is legitimate.
Rethinking doing business w/ USAA- & u should 2...
I tell you what, another one of these calls and I WILL c****e insurance, how many times does one have to say that nothing has c****ed? and this is even after speaking to a USAA rep.
I hate surveyor. I have caller ID and I don't answer my phone unless I know who is calling! So DO NOT call a***n. It's no ones bussiness about my property!
Caller ID for this number showed "Marshall Swift". Internet search showed Marshall & Swift to be in the real estate industry. Headquartered in California, with employees located in Texas. No message left.
They just called me as well. Same story as the majority of you. USAA member who didn't fill out the survey about our homeowners policy since nothing has c****ed. Has anyone bothered calling USAA to find out why they are having someone call? Perhaps a call into USAA is in order. Glad I didn't answer the phone.
Received call at 8:00 PM, but I did not answer.Voice mail picked up at my house, but no message was left. After reading the above posts, I realized that I, too, am a USAA member (since 1971). I love the way USAA has handled all of my house/car insurance needs. Recently I applied for Life Insurance since rates were very good.I am appalled that USAA would contract out a survey request. I have not received any recent requests, but I have provided inputs to their annual survey. Guess what? My current house has not c****ed in 13 years! I suppose they should know that by now.
Wouldn't this be releasing information to a third party. I think there should be some law a***nst this. They have been calling me as well. I am about to c****e insurance companies. If you cant do the job yourself, then get out of business. Hiring someone else to do the ***** work is sad.
I speak to my insurance company only, not anyone contracted by them
I had one of those calls this morning. I have caller ID and never answer my phone unless I know who is calling. When I did'nt pick up the caller ***g up and I noted the number and found it was Marshall Swift a company that is a subcontractor for property insurance updates for USAA. I was angry that USAA had not checked out this company's calling practices as USAA has always set the standard for 5 star customer service and had it been USAA calling and not a telemarketer, they would have left a message.
Phone rang about 4 times, answering ma****e came on, caller ***g up. Caller ID said "Texas".
Ditto on the USAA stuff. I didn't keep a copy of the last time I filled out this report but facts have not c****ed. If they want to know what c****ed, why not ask me? If I put so****ing down this time that is different than the last time they got my information, they will surely stick it to me in an increased cost.I also agree that if the phone call is important enough to make, they why don't they leave a message? This is the kind of caller that I put a block on so they don't get through the next time.
****UP CALL. Some ***** phoned and ***g up. I phoned back, some idiot thought it was amusing that the call center called. I suggested someone contact call center management and instill some common courtesy. I will contact my insurance company and suggest they fire these contract idiots.
Same Caller ID as above - Marshl swift boRang only once, no one on the line
I forgot to mention, they called as I was pulling in the driveway.I didn't have my reading gl***** w/me, so I couldn't see the #. While I was walking to the house, I accidently hit the send ****on. After I got my glases, I saw what happened- having one of the gophers on the line for 8 1/2 minutes! I have unlimited minutes, so really hope it was a live one whose time I wasted yelling "HELLO!?" and listening to my dog barking, me ****ing and my wife *****ing...
Same questionaire, same response as above comments. If it's that important, leave a d__n message! I don't answer #'s I don't recognize, blocked calls, etc. They can't be bothered to leave a message, I can't be bothered to answer or to call the unknown # back. I do have to say USAA is better than most....lol!!!
I agree with Steve ... I did the survey USAA online and it came up with an increased home value - therefore - they want to raise my rates! ********!!I did not confirm the values, so now they've put come other company on my back. I will not authorize a rate increase no matter who they send after me.
Marsha is right about the USAA questionaire. My information has not c****ed, but USAA wants to get it so they can possibly justify raising my rate. The questionaire specifically mentions that the rate may have to be increased, but does not mention decreased. So I'm not going to give them any "new" information to justify the rate increase. Also, a lot of the information on the questionaire has nothing to do with the home's value, but looks more like a marketing survey for other services.
Same story as everyone else. But, you know, legitimate callers leave messages. These guys didn't.
14 Oct 2009 - My insurance company is also USAA. I received a questionaire in the mail but did not respond until yes****ay, about 5 days after receipt. The questionaire contained some of the questions mentioned in the comments here. I missed the call, but because of the information here, I will ignore it; they will soon receive my response through snail mail.I understand there are some scammers who try to get ****ers to return their calls to the Cayman Islands, then bill $thousands. Reflexively returning unknown calls is not a good idea.
I keep getting cslls from this number and no message is left
Bob - If you have a relationship with your insurance co, they will be able to contact you because of that. The Do Not Call list does not apply to those companies affiliated with your main business contracts. I have also received calls from Marshall via USAA - I did not answer because none of my information has c****ed - it is up to USAA to review my information and adjust my coverage yearly if nothing has c****ed - they do it with car insurance why not homeowners?????
I got that phone call also, maybe because I did not do the survey that my Ins. co. wanted me to do. Well, I did not want to do it and I want do it. And I will not be harressed into doing it by a thousand unsilicited phone calls. I have a right to take a survey or not take a survey if I choose. I am also on the national do not call phone registry, and have not given those people permission to call or contact me in any way or form. They are breaking frderal law and should be punished.
If my insurance company update i go thru them - not some a** on the phone! Anyone can be on the other end of the phone getting info - to many scammers these days and you are just as ****** as them if you talk with this dumb a**es!!!!
Someone from this number has called twice in the last week. I don't have an answering ma****e and haven't been home when they called. I am also on the do not call registry.
they ***g up before 4 ring answer ma****e s****ed. marshl swift bo
called twice and did not leave a message. so, the second time, i returned the called and left a message to a receptionist voicemail of marshal and swift. by the way, my number is registered on the do not call list.
Received numerous calls on my cell from 903-510-5100. Just once left a message saying they were USAA (they're not). There voicemail says Marshal & Swift. Don't know who or why they keep calling but, they need to stop. We are on the Do not call list!
Caller ID reads "Marshl Swift", no message left on ma****e.
Caller calls and leaves no message. Has called numerous times. I do not know these people and would like it stopped.
my answering ma****e picked up, caller ***g up
said they were USAA
It is Marshall & Swift/Boeckh. They are calling you in order to receive important updated information on your dwelling so you will have the proper insurance coverage. They are contracted by USAA to call policyholders who did not mail in their survey.
no message left on answering ma****e
Caller ID shows as MARSHL SWIFT BO
