Text asked me to sign into a My Chart.
I got a CALL from SOME Phone number, but: I don't think IT was THIS one.......
Text asked for me to sign into a bogus "My Chart" - looked like the ones I used for a couple of legitimate physican offices. But could not identify and chose not to sign in - would have had to set up a new sign in with password. Didn't. Already have my charts for the doctor offices with whom I work.
