Leave a CommentSpammer trying to get my social security info
This caller first called our landline. We did not answer as we get these multiple times a day. Landline is soon getting disconnected. Not 5 minutes later, a text that was barely legible, like it was computer generated, came across on my Husband’s cellphone. It was threatening legal action ......, but it was not completely clear in its threat. Only that legal action would be advanced if my Husband didn’t call them back. They left a number to call back and we ignored it! I just blocked the number. I’ve looked this number up on another search engine and it has complaints about stopping people’s Social Security. So I’m****uming this is a scam. Just blocked the number and read about others who tried to call the number provided got either a disconnected number or they got another threatening recording. It’s time AT&T s****s doing so****ing for FREE to stop these calls! It’s the only cellular network that we have had great service on, others Companies are terrible for dropping calls. However, AT&T wants to charge it’s cellular customers an additional fee for a service that is able to stop this type of harassment. If they we’re working in the best interest of their customers, they would offer this for free! Shame on you AT&T!
