I'm so glad to see that I'm not the only person. A man with a heavy accent keeps calling me. He says that I'm being sued and that I have a warrant for my arrest. At one point he even tries to place me on hold while he "calls the sheriff's dept.". They scary thing is he knows my name, address, SS#. This is ridiculous that these ****** people are getting away with scamming others. This needs to stop. I have already placed a report with the police dept. Whatever you do.....do not believe a word they say and do not give them any money. This number is what pops up on our caller ID, but I did some research and that is not their actual phone number. They have it s****ed, to where this number will appear on our caller ID.

yes be careful. I thought this was over and they called me...AT WOR**** i called the police department and told them what was going on and they are also using a 920-644-0822 number. be careful out there...they also asked me to contact my attorney or for them to do it for me.

I keep getting calls and voicemail saying that I did 17 loans online and that their is a fee to oay when doing loans online pkus I need to pay 498 if I want to settle oit of court if not I will get arrested at home within two houra and they are going to blacklist me at work and my bank account. They gave me my social number and location. Its scary that someone can do that. I called two local officers and luckily I checked online and it seems to be a spammer. I even called the company back and they said their name was american legal service and I asked for their supervisor and he said I just spoke to u my name is roger and when he first answered he said his name wss alex. The police said it is harassment and if you ask them not to call you after letting them know you've contacted the police, then they will get involved. Called and said that I am a party to a lawsuit a***nst me and that they have my social security # and then s****ing reading it off over the phone to me. I am thinking about calling the police in that area?

Yep called my cell and then my work! This is the same guy from last year. I had one loan, paid if off. I am going to do what I did before file a police report. This is the same person calling from a cell phone, I find it hilarious how they say if you don't call me back God Bless You....bill collectors don't say that. SPAM SPAM SPAM.

Called multiple times saying we are being sued over a loan. They claim they are attorney and yet could not tell us who their client was that was sueing us. Has me so upset could not understand what he was saying due to his heavy accent and I believe he said his name was sam scott.

My attorney is making a call as we type. Same issue. Some stammering guy immediately threatened me with a lawsuit and attempted to solicit sensitive information from me under the guise of a loan my business did not apply for.

ASKED HIM WHAT THIS WAS ABOUT HE SAID I APPLIED FOR 17 PAY DAY LOANS ONLINE. I ASKED HIM DID HE PUT MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. HE STATED NO THAT TO APPLY FOR A PAYAY LOAN ONLINE THERE I AN APPLICATION FEE FOR 98.00 DOLLARS AND I OWE 398.00 DOLLARS I TOLD HIM I WILL CONTACT THE POLICE DEPT MYSELF AN ***G UP THE PHONE.

A Martin Kline was calling me aklso and threatening me with a lgall problem of some sort. He threatened me by saying it will only get worse for you-what is going to get worse. He had such a thick accent I could hardly understand him. He said he was going to call my work also. When you tell him you know he is a scam he begins to stammer and not know what to say. Thank you all for posting your comments. It helped me to know what I was dealing with. A TOTAL FRAUD.

These idiots call my home phone almost non stop - it'll come up either at 903-740-3566 or anonymous. For s****ers they keep asking for somebody named Anna and the ***** speaks such badly broken English it is ridiculous. I s****ed call the number back but put a *67 in front of the number to block my number from showing on the caller id. I told him I was gonna continue calling and harassing them just as often as they keep calling my home phone. Boy did he get ****ed!! lol - I will also be filing a complaint with my state attorney general and the FTC! I suggest you all do the same!

yeah they said they were representing me, which they aren't cause i have my own personal legal support, and i would be arrested on Monday so i asked them to give me the address to where i would be arrested from and i also asked them to give me my soc sec number, cause they had it according to them. when i asked them to give me that information they got really mad and said they aren't my servant and s****ed talking in some other lang and ***g up the phone. Total scam don't bother listening to them.

these guys are scammers. They say they are lawyers representing someone that is sueing you. They then ask for payment arrangement or a lump sum of money to drop the "law suit". A bunch of bull. Just ask them to serve you and they will go away
