This guy with and Indian accent calls me and tells me that he is from an Attorney's office and they are filing a Criminal law suit a***nst me because I have an outstanding payday loan with American Payday Loans. Well when I asked for information on the loan he couldn't not give it to me. So then he transfers me to some other Indian guy and he tells me everything and then tells me since I have no criminal history or bad debt history or anything of that nature they can offer to help me out and settle this outside of court and that if I opt for that I have to go to my local Wal-Mart and purchase a greendot money pak and load the money and call him with the information. Well needless to say I already knew this was a scam but was kinda of questionable being this man had all my personal info. He also told me that if I fell to do this that the criminal case would be recorded in my state on Wednesday which is tomorrow and that they would come to my work or home and I would be held until next week when the take me before the judge. I have looked up this company and phone numbers and all I find are scam complaints. Someone needs to put an end to this.

I received a call from this number a ***anese man said they had a warrant out for my arrest in texas I live in another state I got scared and s**** asking questions my frien look this number and several other numbers up and found out these are SCAM numbers I wish someone had told me PLEASE BEWARE,

Total scam.....said they wanted my lawyers name....told them I had no need for a lawyer and asked what this was about....said they would file legal papers in my count and show at my work. I said it would help if you spoke true english so I could understand so he transferred me to someone who spoke with the same Indian accent the first guy had then he transferred me to a "lawyer" who wanted to know who I was also in broken English. Do not send money...They are a huge scam.

yes, I just got a call from the same law firm saying I was in trouble for check fraud etc. I said there is no way I didn't get any money from anyone...then he said he will show up to my work I said go ahead I know my rights I have never had any type of loan and he ***g up on me :-)

I want to report, what I believe, is a scam. I am receiving very horrible and threatening phone calls from (903) 965-8781 from a Harkins Law Firm in Texas. This guy named Justin Borders, he has a very heavy Indian accent (could barely understand him.) He is saying that "American Cash" is suing me and pressing criminal charges for theft of money that they loaned me and that I am not allowed to take out more than 2 loans over $800. This, according to him, is the New Mexico state law. He also stated next Friday, the police will come to my place of business/work to arrest me and put me in the cop car and I will be taken to jail for 30 days until my court hearing in front of a judge and I have to pay $8,000 in fines and legal costs. Then he said that he wants me to get an attorney and they will send the attorney paperwork on this case. This is bogus and I wish for them not to harass and scare me like this a***n. Thank you.

Yes I did on Friday 8/23/13...Daniel Parker, with a heavy heavy accent...could hardly understand him. He told me that he needed my attorney information as I had committed a crime & that he would have the authorities at my place if employment Monday morning. I told him I reported the call to the FBI & he said he was working with the FBI. I ***g up on him & he called back several times, I let it go to voicemail. He left a message...saying he was with Richard & Hawkins Law Firm in Tyler, Tx & that the way I ***g up on him, was not appreciated. That had committed a crime & that I was a criminal & that I needed to hire a criminal attorney. He also said "I WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE" & for me not to disregard this message.

Keep calling me saying I took out a loan and I never took one out. They are threatening to come to my place of work to arrest me. I asked for his name and company name and he ***g up on me. So I looked the number up and it came to this page.

Received a couple of calls from this number using false names, Robert Smith, Jack Lewis, and Danny Morrison in a heavy accent, could barely understand them. They claim to be from the "Robert Hawkins Legal****ociates." They threatened me with arrest and advised that I need to get a criminal attorney, for what I have not clue. WHAT A SCAM!!!

keep calling with saying they coming to put me in jail if i dont send money....saying they are froma law firm , but no law firm would allow there employee to curse an swear this is the worse scam .....who ever they are they could barley spweak english

These mf are trying to scam information. Call using a foreign person with bad accent. Saying that I need to get an attorney. And to do not try ro disregard the call. Will cakl back from different numbers sane voice. .but will sometimes use a different name.

I recently received a call from these svum bags and told me that I was going to have 3 police officer at my place of work and said good luck !! They also had all my information . I called my bank and I called the trans union to but an alert on my social and name . There just harass me all day . And tell me I'm being sued for $700 . Never have I had this peoblem and there trying to scam me for money I c****e my account stop any money from going there . This is ******** someone needs to stop these people from scamming others !!!

I wish that the NSA would get these people because most scammers use the funds to support terrorism. I would let them trace them thruogh my phone to help stop this kind of BS.

Called back and asked what is the calls about. The scary thing is that they had all my personal information. Wanted me to agree to send money for loan that never existed. I called the FBI and filed with them. I will be c****ing all bank accounts and othe information. The guy said that he had the authority to arrest me, I look forward to him comming to my home.

Called and said they were an attorney's office and I should talk to their legal rep. I ***g up on them they immediately called back twice. Didn't answer a***n so they left a very threatening voice mail saying if I did not call them back immediately I would regret it.
