***d Green ... Private Investigator ... Seemed like a nice guy ... Confirmed who he was with the State Of Florida ... He was helping a Credit Union track down a piece of **** person who took off with a car and gave them multiple bad checks ... IF YOU ARE A PIECE OF **** AND DONT PAY YOUR BILLS DONT BE SURPRISED WHEN YOUR BEING CHASED BY A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR OR EVEN POSSIBLY A REPOSSESSION AGENT ... PAY YOUR BILLS !!!

This man is calling my mother and aunt whom were listed as personal reference only on a car loan for my niece’s husband. My mom nor my aunt has signed any contracts or loan agreements; however ***d Green has threaten to subpoena them to court for a written statement for reasons in which they are not held liable. While we know this is just a scare tactic to****ist him with the recovery of the vehicle or payments, I am filing a complaint. This man has represented himself as the Attorney General and The Orange County Sheriff’s Department which is misleading and illegal. For those reason, I will reach out to both of those sources and informed them of his name and contact number. I have contacted the finance company who hired him and advised of this complaint and my concerns. I suggested they find a new “investigator” repo man because he has just caused them to loose contact or communication to the person in which they are looking for. Unless someone takes the initiative, he will continue to conduct business as such. Not everyone who is listed as a reference will know they cannot be held liable for someone’s loan agreement in which they have not signed, especially if they are elderly. Misleading information will cause someone to lose money in a fraudulent manner
