Receive calls almost daily between midnight and 5:00 AM. for the past week.  Have answered a few times and no one was on the line.

Most of the time no one says anything, but when someone actually was on the other end, they were trying to sell me the local paper.  But they keep calling and usually there is no one on the other end.

County of Chester Health Department In Chester County PA. The phone number is being forwarded to tha PA office of the Attorney General for Harssment by Communication.

Called the number below said they were a newspaper telemarketer. put me on their do not call. Only problem I'm already on the national do not call. This number has been calling CONSTANTLY this whole week. At least TWICE a day! If it is newspaper sales, I'm on the DO NOT call list, therefore they have no right calling me. I don't even LIVE NEAR Florida!!! I've had just about ENOUGH of these a**holes calling me. Everytime I pick up the phone, they **** up. They call at 10 a.m. and a***n in the evening. If they are trying to sell their newspaper, this is not the way to go about it! I'm for sure not going to subscirbe to a newspaper that calls all day, especially if it's a Florida paper. Does NOT make sense, since I do not live anywhere near Florida. I hate these people calling me. VERY ANNOYING!

same as above i called back and let it ring it finally came back with an automated voice that disconnected the call,i may call it back all day!!!

This number has been calling my work phone a couple times a day, for several days now.  I finally picked up today and they immediately ***g up.

calls about 2 times a day, sometimes calling several times in a row.

This caller calls me at least twice per day at about the same time. I never get an answer when I call back.

called me monday and then called me today (wednesday) both at the same time.  i was in chemistry so i couldnt pick up but when i called back it kept ringing and no one picked up.  i looked up the number and it's from the jacksonville, florida area.

Called a few times then never said anything. asked why they called a female made some kinda noise then ***g up.

called 5 times so far this month, always in the morning.  i answered once and there was no one on the other end.  very annoying.

Calls once or twice a day, leaves no message and when I call back it's always busy! How annoying!!!

Have had this number call my land line which is an unlisted #...no one answers or leaves messages. How do you get these ppl off your back. Tired of late nite and early calls.Sleepless in Tx

i have received several calls from this number in the last two days, they never leave a message and when i answered no one was on the other end. it would seem that the fosters daily democrat is outsourcing subscription sales. this is not surprising nor is the fact they seem to be following the time *****d ****od of bothering private citizens to peddle their newspaper. a low class move from a paper that has shown very little class and even less ability to properly fact-check and edit there publication. whatever ****od they are using to obtain unlisted numbers is more than likely unethical and although i can appreciate the difficulty of the newsprint industry in a time of increasing stress, cost and loss of subscribers in the face of online compe***ion i do not however see the benefit of pestering people who in all probability have no interest in home delivery of there paper. one should exercise caution due to the possibility of this number has no affiliation with fosters and is in fact a scam designed to obtain personal financial information for use in iden***y theft.

not sure how this number reached our cell because our cell is a sparingly used prepaid phone and we've only had the phone for a month.

two calls on my new bberry in 24 hrs, no one there

I thought id play phone tag, so i called the number and each time there was noone therebut they kept calling me back but left no message.  So i keep calling and "they" keep calling back. this is f'd up

This number called my phone several times. Answered a few times with no one at the other end. Finally, a person spoke after the fifth time calling. The person said they were trying to sell Foster's Newspaper which is a newspaper in Dover, NH. Why would this phone be listed in Florida? They called my cell phone several times which I was told was illegal for telemarketers to call cell phones.
