This imagrent is to funny they call me all the time stating that i owe on a payday loan, which is no not true because i do not do payday loans. They threaten me stating that im going to regret not paying on this "supposed" account. I told this imagrent to fax or mail me what ever it is that i owe, they stated they do not do that. Do not give these people any information. I think they are buying names from companies.

Received a voice mail wanting me to call 904 222 8155 back. The message was some one with a heavy middle eastern accent. I had problems understanding the message. Anyway this person called my number leaving a message for my ***her in reference to my sister. It said that my sister had used my ***her's name in several fraudlent activities and that either my sister or my ***her should call them back right away at 904 222 8155. We tried calling the number back and simply got an answering ma****e that just said leave a message.

Hello all, Received a call from a Mark Murphy 904-222-8155. States he was an officer. Asked for attorney information. He had a heavy middle eastern accent. Wanted me to settle this legal issue. Said I had committed 3 violations of fraud: (1) banking (2) check fraud (3) theft by deception.Well, than I was so called transferred to his superior who read my so called rights and asked me many questions which I pleaded the 5th. He was taken back and still continued by asking if I wanted to settle my account or go to court. - this is soooo funny! I have called them at least 5 times daily for 3 days advising them I want to settle my account and they are so frustrated... they ask for a name and I give them a phony name whiuch is not in the system or I give them Mark Murphy! which is the name they provide... Anyway I filed a police report... as well

Getting this call from this gentlemen threatening my daughter in law (Sasha Flemister) saying that she will be arrested for criminal charges.  This is not the first time she has received these calls.  So****ing has got to be done about these people contacting people and the threats that they are doing.

got a call at work from 904 222 8155 from a Kevin Daniels . I asked what it was about and he stated it was about a past due loan which I have no idea of what he talking about, heavy middle easter accent. asked him to send me paperwork but all he wanted from me is to pay him money,SCAM and told him that -told him not to call me here at work and reported it to my security department

I have had this number call me several times claiming to be a law firm.  The police are investigating it right now.

got a call from him now he hides his number from me with a bunch of 0'slast time around he s****ed calling me a c@#k ****er****h@le and many others first person says they called and reported him but he still calling people he only was able to ask me my name and i refused to give info seeing as i had no idea who he was but he keeps calling few times a week

We came to know that ITS REAL LAW FIRM. its REGISTERED FIRM.

Its a scam, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  THEY ARE USING LAW FIRM NAMES THAT THEY ARE NOT****OCIATED WITH.

Have been receiving calls from "Alex" w/ACS (Affidavit Consolidation Svcs). Calls 10+ times a day. Leaves either a message or static message on Voice Mail. Calls work after being told not to. Have contacted an attorney, reported to FTC, NV AG, FL AG (where the phone # is registered). Ironically when I called the # back he answered "hello, this is Adam"; after I asked for Alex, he said "this is Alex". Same voice and same name has left messages both at home and at work from Alex with Christopher & Jones law offices. My attorney called but her number was blocked from calling him. (I'd given him her number this morning.) If we can find a real address, we're suing for violation of FDCPA minimally.
