He is a bill collector. You can ask if he has a if he has a surity bond number for your state. A bill collector must have a bond on file with state. If they don't they can't continue with the process.

Yea this stalker keeps calling and he won't say his name he just wants my personal info, can somebody please tell me who he is. He even calls my girlfriends work and her dad. I need to report him to the proper authorities so any info will help.

I got a call from this clown today. He said he wanted to talk to me but wouldn't say why when I asked. I ***g up and blocked his number.
