Just got a call from 904 256 9180 from a female with a very heavy south Asian accent, informing me that there is a case a***nst me for Tax Evasion, and I would have to clear up the $8,000.00 charge with a “MoneyGram”. I almost fell out of my chair I was laughing so hard. I asked not to be called a***n and to be taken off of their call list. These scammers cannot be charged unless you fall for the scam and are a victim, but having asked to not be called, if I continue to receive calls there may be other legal avenues.
