Dec 2009 "According to the three FTC complaints, Economic Relief Technologies, LLC, Dynamic Financial Group (U.S.A.) Inc., and JPM Accelerated Services (JPM) and related defendants made illegal pre-recorded robocalls to consumers, using names like “card services,” “credit card services” or “account services.” The Federal Trade Commission sued them to stop the calls.
They called me from an 806 and asked me for my name and telephone. Kept lying about some bogus credit card service.
Here is the address for Credit Services, don't know if it will help anyone. PO BOX 105603 Atlanta, GA 30348 I can't get these ******s to stop calling me! And they refuse to give out their physical address.
We are on the no-call list. They called, asked for my 14-year-old son "regarding his credit". Abruptly ***g up when told we are on the no-call list and that the person they were asking for was a minor.
Calls everyday to 96 year old in nursing home.
Caller left no message. I did not authorize this solicitation & have never heard of this company. My # is (510) 430-1022. I am on the do not call list.
Caller left no message. I did not authorize this solicitation & have never heard of this company. My # is (510) 430-1022
The caller (a recording) states they are interested in extending my warranty on my vehicle. When you try to call back to tell them not to call you get a recording that the number is disconnected.
How can we stop this
Caller would not speak. I want my number removed from their calling list. NO MORE CALLS!
Same message, different number - your last chance to lower your credit card interest. Stop calling.
Calling and complaining to the FCC doesn't seem to help either. What they do if your # us unlisted they just go down the phonebook and look at the next # that not there and call one ask me If my name and she though it was the name of the town I lived in so just random # they are using. They don't take no for a answer,so the best thing to do, don't answer the phone, they were calling twice know they are down to once. But maby useing a fog horn after pressing #1 will stop them I might try it.
Shows up as "Unknown" or "Out Of Area" on caller ID..tired of them calling me about this or that..it is a pain in the ****!!
Credit Card Services 904-259-4351
option of not choosing to lower my credit rate,"press 2" completed several times. Have pressed one three times to tell Sharif and Carol not to call me anymore. Once I was ***g up on for asking the Company name. I am getting these calls two and three times a week for the last two months. Usually I just **** up
I feel your pain! Try going to the FTC.Gov and complain to them. Don't know what good it will do, but you gotta try.
Scammer wanted info on credit cards to lower interest rates. BEWARE!!!!! I'm on the Do Not Call list plus I have an unlisted number. I don't have any credit cards nor do I own any debts.
always scamming...
SCAMMER ALERT! Pretended to be a current credit card account and wanted my card # to give a lower interest rate. SCAMMERs many Florida phone numbers these days are SCAMMERS so beware!
They have been calling 2x a day. WHen I answer & ask them not to call back, they **** up on me. I am also registered on the do not call list. They are quite annoying & intrusive.
Want to lower my interest rate. When you them to stop calling they just **** up. try to call them back and number is "no longer in service" Am on do not call list and would love to find out who they are so I can s**** a law suit a***nst them
We have told them not to call. What does it take to get the do not call useless government workers from the FCC do not call list to stop this type of continuous calls from this company?
I'm on the do not call list
Stop the calls. Don't need your services.
They keep calling and it's for someone who used to have my phone number, not me. Anytime I try and talk to someone to tell them not to call anymore they just **** up on me. They call at least once a day.
I am on Do Not Call list, yet get calls from recordings that are "Spam". What do I need to do to stop the calls?
Constant calls. Ask for credit card number. Has to be a scam. I have reported to fed and state do not call list many times. Why no action?
I do not have credit cards and this number is constantly calling
I get these calls way too often. So I decided to s**** playing with them. I have pretended to be a child, yelling for my MOMMY & then I have told them I will listen to their s***l if they first listen to mine. Then I proceed to tell them about my home made jewelry that I sell. I tell them if they buy from me, I will do business with them. I keep them on the phone as long as possible. If they can take up my time, I will take up their time! Try it . . . it can be very amusing!
They claimed they can lower the rate on my credit card. I have a good rate on mine, and this is my work phone, not personal. I do not mix up my personal business with my work business. It's frustrating when I receive more of these spam calls than calls related to my work. I have doubts about the DNC as there will always be people who want to make a quick dollar without putting much work into it.
Several call with no caller ID and no message left on my answering ma****e.
Same story...calls constantly...pressing 2 does nothing to deter them...pressing 1 gives you a person who will **** up the minute you ask to be taken off the list. I once asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no rather rudely.
Called Claiming to lopwer interest reate on credit cards. Pressed 1 to talk to person. Stated that this is a business and we do not have a credit card. Slammed phone down in ear.
Wanted to lower my credit card rate, said they were Cardmember Services, when I said take up off the list he slammed the phone down in my ear.
On the national "Do Not Call" list. Why did they call?
**** ups several times a day.
we are on the DO NOT CALL LIST but they continue to call & call. What good is the DO NOT CALL LIST if they can continue to call.
Called claiming they have made several attempts to reach me to offer a lower CC interest rate. We are on the DNC list! We ALL need to file complaints on the FCC website. I've already reported other callers.
They say they represent all the credit card accounts. I think this is a scam to get information.
Identified themselves as Credit Card Services. Wants to lower my interest rate. I am on the national do not call list. They have called me dozens of times. I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me.
The gentleman that we spoke to wanted to know if we knew why they were calling. We told him to take our number off of their calling list expecially since we are on the do not call list. This same company has called multiple times per week. When we told him that we are reporting this number to the public service commission, he stated do what we have to do. It did not concern him.
I have pressed 2 on multiple occasions but still they continue to call. Today I pressed 1 and asked them to remove my name and all they person kept saying was can we just talk about my services. I asked for the number to his company to which he replied is it on your caller ID and I said no(it was) which he replied then I cannot help you.
They keep callin my home number and we are on the do not call list. I spoke to one extremely obnoxius male last week and told him to stope calling here. He told me it would take three days to stop calling here, it has been more than three days, and I got another call this evening, can I sue?
When I typed the number in Yahoo, the names Nicole Barnes and Melissa Perry came up.The address was Barbara Lane in Maclenny, Fl.
recording important message about my credit card- thn they want confidential info to proceed
I get calls several times a week from this number offering to lower my high interest credit card bills. The first part is automated. If you wish to speak to a representative, press "1". Well I did and this cheerful man's voice asked if I was responding to an opportunity to cut my high rate credit cards. When I told him no, I was calling to ask them to stop calling me, he ***g up on me. I called the number back and got a recording that said the number was no longer in service.
This number has called along with numerous other numbers with the same type of message and when we ask to take our number off there calling list they **** up on us.
I think it is a scare tatick to get my credit card mumbers. They call just about every day. I have reported to the federal DO NOT CALL LIST two times.
called a I picked up and they ***g up. I am on the do not call list. Plus I called the FCC about this number.
Have called several times, including my cell phone! No message, just ****s up and when you try to call back it says number is disconnected. Today they left a message stating, "You're Fired!"
After repeated requests to these people not to call me and being ***g up on, I filed a complaint with the FCC. Everyone needs to go to www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/howtocomplain and file a legal complaint a***nst these people. It helps if you track the date and time of some of the calls and can include that information in your complaint.
continuous calls, every morning at 9am. Occasionally at night. I don't have no stinkin' credit cards. I am on the no call list.
They need to be dealt with.
they call every week and rudely **** up when i tell them not to call back. then they call a***n and a***n.
They arre calling every day. It comes up unknown, and so far I have not answered.
THEY CALL AT LEAST 4 TIMES A WEEK. WHEN I TELL TO TAKE MY NAME OFF THE LIST THEY **** UP. WHEN I TRY TO CALL THEM DIRECTLY BACK, A RECORDING TELLS ME THAT THIS IS A DISCONNECTED NUMBER.
They keep calling and ****ing up on me when I tell tehm to take my number off of their list and DO NOT CALL ME A***N
Although I don't pick up the phone, I am tired of hearing the "ring" from this unwanted solicitation several times per week. How can our ***dreds of complaints turn into action?
It's a shame that Florida has been inundated with thieving, fraudulant telemarketing companies. Every one of the calls like this about credit card interest rates have come from Florida. Florida's State legal system should probably take a closer look at what is going on in their state and put an end to this.
Called and ***g up when I answered. Woke me up.
This happens several times a day. We've even disconnected the phone in the bedroom so we don't hear it ringing late at night. I'm tired of this happening so many times a day and has been happening for months now. We're on the 'do not call list', that's working great at this point!
this was a recorded call about lowering interest rates. I pressed 1 to speak to a rep. I asked her what company she represents, and she said her company negotiates with all the credit card companies. I then asked for her company's mailing address. Then she ***g up on me!! I called the number back and I got a "this number is no longer in service" message 1154
This is the second time in the past hour that I've received an "Unknown Name" call. The first was from a company that's reported to ask if you'd like to use their pharmacy for diabetic needs and/or *****ile dysfunction. Since I've never heard of the pharmacy before, I have ignored their calls. The most recent caller (904-259-4351) didn't leave a message. I guess no one pays attention to the Federal "Do Not Call" Registry since they can make calls as "Unknown Name."
Here we go a***n.don't these people have any thing else to do. My list keeps getting longer and longer. Maybe I should just disconnect my phone like a lot of people are doing and just use a cell phone.
Recording says press 1 to speak to a representative or 2 to stop calls. My husband pressed 2 and they keep calling!
Many many calls, no business with this "company" - no reponse to "do not call anymore"
No response this time. In the past has left messages about my credita card balances
I am sick and tired of getting "This is an important message about your credit card," every single day for about 2 weeks now. They call 2 or 3 times a day. I have no overdue debts. My Visa was completely paid off a month ago. The calls seem to have s****ed when I placed a freeze on my accounts through Experian and TransUnion!!!!!!
This number appears on my phone about twice a month. It's from a card services company wanting to reduce the amount of interest on my cards. I have asked repeatedly to be taken off the list or to be transferred to a supervisor and they just **** up and keep calling.
these people call constantly
This is the second call from this number. I am on the do not call list.
C ontinues to call after being told I'm not interested.
Macclenny, fl leaves no message
Stated that they were cardmember services for visa and mastercard. I called NEFCOM and they checked the number and it is a disconnected number and apparently the telemarketers have the ability to s**** the number
Stated that they were cardmember services for visa and mastercard
Stop Calling. I don't need your services. I pay my bills on time.
I'm getting these calls also. Next time they call push 1 to talk to an actual person and when that person gets on the line....in your best professional voice say "State Attorney Generals Office, all calls are recorded. How may I direct your call?"
this is about the 10th time this number has rang through to my home and ***ody talks. Just silence then a ****-up. How do we stop these calls when my granddaughter is taking her nap? 7797
