I have gotten four calls from these people within an hour and a half.Two different  numbers.One number goes to a "Bob's carpet cleaning" answer ma****e. The number is apparently in Boca Raton.  The second number, a local 904 number.  Asian people on both phone numbers.I am so fed up with this ****, I'm about to cancel my phone service.

Rec'd this call this morning on my house and cell phone. Shannon Johnson identified herself as a "special investigator", and calling me on a pending complaint a***nst me personally. She gave me some Claim & affidavit number s****ing with NRC####. Told me to call 904-270-9922 or forward this information to my attorney. I questioned who she worked for, and then I stated this must be a scam, telling her that I know of particular phone numbers that when you call them, they show up as huge charges on your bill. She denied this claim, and said this is legit and that I must call the 904 number she gave me. After continually telling her this was a scam, she ***g up. Total Scam! Total S*** too! Be very careful people!

we get several calls a day. this is pure harrassment.  is there any way to shut this company other than donotcall.gov which does nothing.

It was the Firefighters Union wanting to know if I wanted to purchase tickets to a softball game FF vs. Jags players at JU. I NEVER purchase anything over the phone, so I said, "No thank you. I give to the FF when they do the MDA drive." The man was nice and said thank you and goodbye.It always seems fishy to me when someone thinks that people actually give that info over the phone... if you are someone who does you may want to seriously rethink that as many of these are scams!

Our phone rings day and night with several diff. lines from this same organization.  I would not give a penny, a s***ch of clothing, etc. to any organization using this company. I guess they use so many different numbers to keep us on our toes and unable to block "all" of them.

This is a contract telemarketer doing fundrasing for FOP and other local charities.  They are very aggressive and ignore requests to stop calling.  I called the FOP at 398-7010 and explained what was going on.  A very nice lady said that the contractor was not currently fundraising for FOP but she would call them anyway, and that she would bring the complaint the the attention of the FOP chapter president - so FOP at least is listening.

Has anyone experienced any results or acknowledgement of resolution when reporting these calls to the donotcall.gov site? I reported 2 calls a day from this number for an entire month earlier in the year and nothing happened. The calls just keep coming. I think the enforcement component of the donotcall process is non-existent.

Beware of these obvious SCAM ARTISTS! The Main M.O. is that they call more than once a day from different phone number IDs. This call center uses the number 877-795-2270. USES MANY CALLER ID MASKS, SUCH AS CLOTHING DRIVE & also calls with masked caller ID showing no number and UNKNOWN or UNAVAILABLE. usually shows as CONNECTING or UTILITIES on caller ID and uses many phone numbers masked with a 904 area code, and a 265, 573, 778, or 861 prefix. this solicitor has been told many times in the past to stop calling / remove us from their list, but continues to call several times per month, sometimes multiple times a day, and a week at a time. this aggressive solicitor has used profanity when no verbal response was given. usually claims to work with, CLOTHING DRIVE, fraternal order of police, or fireman's fund. report them to: www.donotcall.gov

This is a company calling for the FOP. Call 398-7010 ext 11 (office manager at the FOP) and complain about them. The more complaints they get the better chance they will drop this telemarketing company.

I get the same call.  (904)265-9704 and (904)265-9***.  Utilities is the Caller ID na*****ey ask for me by name, yet my number is unlisted/unpublished.  This tells me they have a call list from somewhere.When my wife answers, they ask for me, and then **** up when she asks for a message.  usually, they simply **** up when we answer.I have had problems with FOP and the firefighter unon in the past.  They use the same telemarketer, apparently.  I made the mistake of giving FOP 20 bucks a couple of yeatrs ago and they constantly harass me ever since.They use different phone numbers however.This may actually be a scam or it may be valid.  The real FOP and Firefighter Union are just as harassing as any scammer could be.  Either way, DON"T RESPOND!!!

I get the same call. Caller ID shows Utilities and the number ranges from 9705-9712. I dod not answer it and they never leave a message. Tried calling it bck once and there isa  fast busy signal. Was told once that someone I know answered it and the person claims to be form the Fraternal Order of Police and collecting money then asks for a credit card number. This scam has been in the news. Once of my friends actually told the person on the phone they knew about the scam and the person on the other end acted shocked....but they never called her a***n. Somehow the call is un-traceable. I too get multiple calls from this company up until 9pm.

I receive about 5 to six calls from this number everyday but noone answers when I say*****o.  Not only do I get calls from this number but the number varies from the last 2 digits c****ing from 9705 to 9***.
