This is an online scammer. His user name in Instagram is peterkamnan_250. Before his Instagram page was in public but now he changed to private. First he will message you from Instagram then he'll want to move you to Viber so he can video call to see you but he'll hide himself as he claims that his camera's broken! He'll want a romance relationship with you so that later he'll go on an oversea business trip & will be in troubles that needed your helps. He'll let you sign on his fake bank account then later on claims the bank is frozen because of you. Then you'll try to help him sending him money do wire transfers to different addresses of his accomplices . The list will go on and on.

Created romance online relationship, then created many bad luck things happened to him so he asked for help for money. He claimed he's telecom technician. He's a very good scammer.

He said he was lonely dad need money for his son. He asked me to let him borrow to take his son to hospital… bla…bla…
