Yes, I been getting calls from this number in the past 2 weeks or so. I answered it yes****ay. They guy mentioned so****ing about  MasterCard credit he said he is not from any of the credit card company, he gave the name which I can't remember right now but he said he can help lower your credit card interest rates to 3 1/2% for consumers you have good credit. He asked a few questions:1. Want to know if you have declared bankruptcy or foreclosures in the past 5 years.2. How much outstanding credit you have if you combine all your credit cards.3. If you pay your bills on time.He then said someone will call you back and have a piece of paper & pen handy, that I can ask him all the questions I want.To me it sound like possible iden***y thief, I think that they will try and get credit in your name and charged up to max.  They want to know first if they can do this someone with bad credit and maxed out on the credit is no used to them.

Got a call from this number today, just a few minutes ago. I asked who is this, a woman said she was calling from Proactive (mumbled the rest). I told her I did not need anything from Proactive Solutions and she said that was not what she was. I then told her I was on the DO Not Call Registry and then she said this is not a solicitation call. Then she ***g up.
