Realized it was a "dialer" dialed call with a recording and an option to buy so****ing, extend a non existent auto service policy, etc.  Hit the # key multiple times to disrupt the dialer system - it worked!!!

Got several calls from them about lowering my interest rate on a credit card. I got a live person and asked who they were. She ***g up immediately. So****ing needs to be done about outfits like them. I'm on the do not call registry. What else can I do?

Call came from Manitoba, California at 13:54 Hours on 2-19-09. Call not answered and no message left. Checking other sites, it appears this number is used for several scams including auto warranty, and also schemes to lower your credit card rate. But, whatever, junk them.

Called about credit card interest rate reduction, very rude, would not tell me how it works, only wanted my information!

They call and **** up after a few rings.

We keep getting these calls from this number for the past month or so, saying that they need to talk to us about my credit card, I just received another computer generated call from this number with a name on calleer ID, Screen Process. She stated this was their final call and, my card was in jeopardy and I should call them back

receive calls from this number frequently.  The recording says this is your last call, if you want to reduce your cc interest rate, press 1 press 2 and you will no longer be given this option.  I pressed 1 and a lady asked if I was interested in having my cc interest rate reduced.  I said yes.  she asked if I currently had a credit card with a major bank.  I said "So you are not calling from my credit card company?", at which time she ***g up.  I redialed the number and would never go through!  SCAM!  Don;t be ****** enough to give them your info!

I got the same kind of call....  they offer to help reduce your interest rate on credit cards.  When I asked if they were a credit consolidator, the caller ***g up on me!  I would not recommend anyone doing business with these people.

Exactly the same situation as Jenn Brown above. Found a suggestion to report them to the national "do not call registry".  Cannot seem to find any other positive avenues here.  I filed a complaint online- quick and easy... I suggest you do the same... who knows?... maybe the FTC will actually move on them if they get enough complaints...Take care.

So****ing about credit card percent reduction and only have 2 day to reply then asked to push number 1 or 2 or 3.  Pushed number 1 no answer – I wanted to find out who called.

Call came in re this number.  Did not take the call but only click on and then clicked off to get rid of the ringing.
