Called my cell phone, Caller ID says, "Jacksonville, FL" they left voice mail.Transcript S****:Ah, yes****ay this is Mrs Nicole Woods with the internal fraud division, I'm actually trying to get in contact with a Susan White, I got a complaint being fought in my office in regards to a legal matter, I need to get a statement from ah, Susan ah, this is one of the numbers listed here as a form of contact, my number to contact here to the ah, firm is 904-374-9062.Transcript End:Called back to tell them to stop calling and that I don't know a Susan White.  A female answered and said "Operator" I asked to speak with Nicole Woods and was transferred to the same person that left the voice mail.  She said they are working with the Maricopa County fraud division here in AZ and that she would contact them to remove my number from their file.  Will update if needed...

Claims to be Meredith Carter from the State of Florida Fraud Investigation Unit. She says that her client, Cashnet USA is filing two felony fraud charges a***nst me and that the warrant will be faxed to my county and I will be located (by tracking my cell phone which is laughable) and arrested. My bond will be almost $3000. Dont fall for this if she says the same thing to you! Hopefully anyone else who gets a call from this woman records it and sends it to the police. What shes doing is incredibly illegal. You cant be arrested for defaulting on a loan of any sort, at most you might be sued but you will NEVER serve jail time. Its completely illegal to call someone and tell them they will be arrested if they dont pay up. I checked with my county Sheriffs office and police department, my states attorney general, and AG of Florida and there are absolutely NO warrants for my arrest (surprise) and they had me file a police report in my city to have it do***ented.
