O.K.  I got a call from the "florida energy****ociaton" people last night.  She was very friendly and I listened to her talk.  She asked if the number she called me on was so and so, I said no, she said, well that's ok right number wrong person.Her voice kept going like she was in a tunnel and I couldn't hear her.   She said that the area in front of their office was under construction and that a fiber optic cable had been cut.  I wrote down the name of the company, set a time for today at 2pm. So after the call, I go online and cannot find this company.  Not online, not at BBB, not at SunBiz.org.  So I s**** thinking so****ing is fishy. I *69 my house phone and get this number 407-802-0870,  I do a search for this number and turns out it's a CELL phone.  So I tell my hubbie if these people call tomorrow, to let me talk with them.  I don't like being lied to.Then today at 1:00 p.m.  I get a knock on the front door and my husband was SERVED legal papers.So, if this company calls you be forewarned, they are probably "ELITE PROCESS SERVERS, LLC" 5036 Dr. Phillips Blvd, Suite #205  Orlando, FL 32819       407-592-0366I personally don't care that he got served, we knew it was coming, I don't like the dishonest tactics used.

Have recieved several call from them. Claim to be free service representing various energy companies (but would not specify exactly which energy companies)that will do a free home inspection regarding your energy usage. I have told them that I am on the "do not call" list, but they were arrogant and claimed that because they were providing a "free" service, that this law does not apply to them. I can find no record of a company called Florida Energy****ociation.
