According to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act,   [15 USC 1692c] Section 805(c): CEASING COMMUNICATION: You must cease all communication with me after being notified in writing that I no longer wish to communicate with you. Therefore, I demand that you, or anyone****ociated or affiliated with or retained by you,  stop calling me, or anyone connected with me, at home, at work, on my cell phone or at any other location! In accordance with the federal FDCPA, now that you have received this "stop calling" letter, you may only contact me, via us mail service,  to inform me that you: •    are terminating further collection efforts; •    invoking specified remedies which are ordinarily invoked by you or your company; or •    intend to invoke a specified remedy. Be advised that I am very well aware of my rights! For instance, I know that any future contact by you or your company violates the FDCPA and that since you already have my location information, calls made by you or your company to any 3rd party concerning me violates section 805(b)2 of the FDCPA. Be advised that I am keeping accurate records of all correspondence from you and your company, including tape recording all phone calls. If you continue calling me I will pursue all available legal actions to stop you from harassing me and my family.

Same thing. They called me also her name was Doris Daniels. They said they had a warrant out for my arrest. I called back and tried to get the address,but they ***g up on me. So when I called back a***n. They did the same thing.

This person identified himself as an attorney. He said had to pay 1500 TODAY or they will come to myhome and job to arrest me. When I told him I was an attorney he ***g up

I was told I had to pay today or I would be arrested.  I told them I had only $200.00 right now and would pay the remainder on Thursday and she said no they could not work with me that way.  I am scared because I do not want to be arrested at work or at home.  But these people will not work with me.  Is this a "legal" company does anybody know.

Just received a phone call from a Todd at Legal Mediation he told me that if I didnt send him money by 1:00 today that i would be arrested. He didnt really explain what I had done wrong and told me if I didnt know what the consequences were that I should try to get a lawyer because he wasnt giving me legal advice.

The phone number is for Legal Mediation Services and believe me they are VERY RUDE and do NOT want to help with any issues you may have. I called them back after they left a very threatening message for me. The woman I talked to told me I had an at***ude problem and told me to call back when it was fixed and ***g up on me. I called back and she told me I was out of my mind and the she was a senior rep. I asked for her manager she ***g up on my a***n. I called back and spoke with a Todd Ellis who was very rude as well and finally I ended finding out that they had the wrong information about me and regarding a pay day loan. I ended up ****ing up on him due to his at***ude. They are a worthless place of business. If they are even a legitimate business.

I just recieved a phone call from this number at my place of employment. The guy never gave his name or the name of the company. He just asked me to verify my last four digits of my social security number. I refused and he said "I have your social security number in front of me it is ...... I only need you to verify the last four numbers. I said "what is this in regards to"? and He said "That would be 3rd party and I can't disclose that information without you verifying the last four numbers of your social security". I said "I will not diclose any information when I do not know who you are". The response was "Then this will be taken care of legally and he ***g up.
