I got this same phone call yes****ay.  I was told by a man with a accent that I was indebt to a payday loan for 600.00 and if I didn't pay I could go to jail or have legal fees up to $8,000.  They wanted me to verify my personal information and pay immediately.  I requested that they send me this information in writing and I would respond after that.  The dummies had no sense but to send me this false information in writing.  I'll get them.

Yeah this say company called me with the same hindi voice but at a different # 718-873-9666 x7070. Talking the same B.S this is absolutely insame. And he had the nerve to keep ****ing up on me. However they had my s.s and bank name as well is there anyway to prosecute these people.

I received a call today and I filed a complaint with the FTC, the Secret Service, the Better Business Bureau and with the FBI hot tips. I will find them and they WILL stop calling and harrassing me.

I just got a call as well, they also had my Dad's cell number which they left a message, same middle eastern accent, told them we are not falling for their scam and ***g up. He was trying to tell us my husband was going to be arrested for bank fraud, Riight lol.

He also said he was from the dept of crime. I am worried that my iden***y has been stolen. I had applied for a payday loan and was never approved. I came home checked my cards and did have a card issued by palm desert national and called them right away.

Today I got the same call from a middle eastern man saying I was in a huge legal mess and that I owed a payday loan to palm desert national. He had all my information including my social secuirty number. When i asked for the number to this so called bank and the account number he gave me both but when i called the number back wich was this one it was him a***n. The other number he called me from when I called back not a working number.he called from825-354-61 and last 2 digits not available. He also gave me this number 919-249-7720 that was directly to him along with the 904 number. He threatend me with the local authorities and to send authorities to my job to arrest me. He called me repeatedly. I had someone pull the number up online and this is what I found.He also wanted me to consent to take care of the payday loan. I called this number back a***n and I got a voicemail. So I blocked my number he answered and I ended up haven some nasty words with him. He asked what my name was 3 times I finally told him right off. Then the same man called a***n and needless to say I threatend to have him thrown in jail for harrassment and commiting fraud himself and let him know he messed with the wrong military girl. He asked for my name a***n during that conversation and I told him my name was F U and ***g up.

I just got a call from a strange number 052538374. They left a voice mail saying I needed to return their call that I was in a huge legal mess and they were with the dept. of crime prevention and to call back at 904-395-5144 and ask for Ethan Parker. I got the same "ice cream truck" hold music and a middle eastern guy. He said a loan had been taken out in my name and had not been repaid which I knew was not true. While on the phone with them I googled the phone number and found this website saying it was a scam. I told him what I found and told him to never call me a***n.

I just recieved a call from this number at work, I have been out several days and he has left tons of messages. He said it was about a legal matter to contact Ryan Hernandez, and I need to contact him immediately so of course I did.  They told me that I got a loan from them almost a year ago from payday cash in the amount of $460. I have NEVER taken out a loan!!! He was saying they were going to take me to court and that they were going to send officers to ****** me from my workplace tomorrow.. Trying to scare me. So when I told him to send me written do***ents so that I could get law enforcement involved, he ***g up on me. Angeryly calling back requesting to speak with higher authority. "Asking my supervisor to give him the authority to take me to jail for 90 day..lol" in the mean time I had already told her what was going on. When she tried to explain the him that ths is a workplace and to call my home for personal matters.  So then he called back statting his name as Ethan Street. (Same voice Same guy Same Hindu accent) asking for my home address. Which is when I informed him that I had already looked the name n number up to find out it was a scam!! Once I told him that I ***g up. I have not gotten any calls since. PLEASE PLEASE be careful and dont give out any personal information. a***n the number is (904) 395-5144

So I just s****ed receiving these phone calls as well.  The number he said to call him back was 904-395-5144, the number he called from was 847-488-3003.  I spoke with a middle eastern man who, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, acted as if he handed over the phone and c****ed his name.  SAME VOICE!  He was trying to tell me that I owed $10,000 because my vehicle had been reported in a crime and he was with the Department of Crime Prevention.  He had the last four of my social, my cell number, and my work number.  What am I supposed to do about this?  Is my iden***y going to be stolen?

they calld today and they are threatening to send the cops to my employer to pick me up /  never applied for payday loan www.paydaycash.org this is scam and i hope this is not the case of iden***y theft

I received a call from these people last thursday. First off they wouldn't tell me the company name and then they ***g up on me. I called back they told me that I owed them $598 and I had to pay it today using only my banking account there was no other way to pay it. I hope they didn't think I was really that ******. Then the guy ***g up on me. Called me back 4 days later claiming that I now owe them $3,000. How the***** did it go from $598 to $3,000 in 4 days? Then less then 10 minutes later it a***n jumped to $5,000. These people are really ******. They were very rude. They must not know who they are messing with. I have a private investigator looking into these people. And I am speaking with a lawyer already. These people are going to pay for what they are doing. Not only have they been calling my cell phone none stop since last thursday but they are calling my place of work even after I told them not to contact me at that number.

This person (sounded Hindu) called my phone, my wife's phone and my work phone saying that it was of a legal matter and that it was an emergency and that I needed to called him back immediately.  Unacceptable!  I have never taken a payday loan.

I just got the called just now and he left a message. Didn't say exactly where he was calling from, but he threatened that if I don't call him back, I would be in trouble. I called back and mail box was full. I am glad this is a scam because I was worried a little bit. How did he get my cell phone # anyways?  He did sound Hindu so this is probably just a one man operation.

I just receive a call from the who says is the department of crime prevention, who said I owe $680.00, I had never apply for, they sound like hindu people, they call to my office desk phone.

THEY HAVEN'T HEARD THE LAST FROM ME EITHER, I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS COMPANY TODAY ON MY WORK AND CELL PHONE, I AM LIVID!!!  TELLING ME THAT I NEEDED TO PAY 690.00 BY TOMORROW OR I WILL BE PICKED UP BY THE POLICE!!! TOTAL BS!!!  THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE HOLD MUSIC DOES SOUND LIKE ITS FROM AN ICE CREAM TRUCK, IT IS RIDCULOUS THAT PEOPLE CAN GET YOUR INFORMATION AND GET AWAY WITH THIS, BUT I PROMISE THEY HAVEN'T HEARD THE LAST!!!!

Thank God for google! I have been wrecking my ***in trying to find out who the***** these people are. Glad to know it is just a scam. I kinda figured that once I heard the hold music (sounding like a tune from a ice cream truck). I just wish there was so****ing that can be done,  I'm really upset about them calling me on my desk phone @ work. I don't know if legally anything can be done about this, but they have not heard the last from me.

This is a scam.  I filed every report to every agency today.  I get a phone call on a co-worker's voicemail threating me with criminal action with the county court house, on a co--worker's phone!.  I called the number back, asked for information, got the originator's phone number, the same person answered.  This same company tried to call me a few months back as well.  They couldn't provide any other information and that a police officer would be showing up at my work to pick me up.  Funny how one of my friends work at the county court house.  I hope someone finds these people and we all go to court with them so we can all laugh at them in the hand cuffs.

I just got a call from this number also saying they were from a payday loan place that I have never heard of and said they were going to have me arrested for not paying.....haha They need to stop playing with people let me find out who it is...

I got the same call...they say they were from the "Department of Crime Prevention", located in Jackson, FL.  It's BS...just a scam.

this number called me talking about i owed a payday loan company some money, but I've never had any pay day in my life. so if u know who the owner of this is and what they do and why they calling me, please let me know?
