No message 1 second called twice in two min

They have called me more than 30 times, never leave a message. I have no unpaid debt and it has been more than 12 years since I rented anything more than a hotel room. Call says PDM INC, I called their main office number to try to get my number off their call list, was told they didn't have my number in their database.

We understand you work there, and sometimes situations get hard. I talk to one of them and I was explaining my situation and the ***alities I had. I told him I wanted to pay what I owe, but that I needed everything in writing, he told me I need to pay that Instant, I needed to give him my checking information and/or credit card. I said I am not going to give you tat info over the phone. He s****ed yelling, total****. I understand some of them are doing their job, but it feels like they take their personal problems to work.

I said a few choice words and he said mam.. how old are u I said I am 29 he asks what do u so I said I am a SAHM (stay at home mom) he said are u married I said NO why are u asking me this he said u are a STAHM of kids ? and I was like NO FREAKING DOGS (laughing) then he said u are not married I said what the "F" do I need a man for and why is this any of your buss. he said when are u getting married I said NEVER I am ****ing up NOW and I ***g up I call my cell phone carrier and tried to trace the call but the wasnt using a real number it was like 211 so I couldnt call them back to talk to a supervisor These people are crazy !

I got a call from Reggie bishop he was nice at first but then s****ed to get rude. I called back to speak with him and this one guy asked of I was on drugs? I couldn't believe it. I spoke to a manager and he did nothing but yell at me. This company is unprofessional and needs to get sued.

I keep getting calls from the same 904-398-0080 number and they leave a message saying "I received a complaint in my office and I need you to contact me today".  They have been calling me allday for about a week.

got a message from this number from a morgan haines.  not sure what she wants, but the calls are relentless both on cell and work.  from reading all of the above, not sure i want to call back.

It is prison people calling.. That is how prison get jobs while in prison. I saw a story on the news about debt collectors that are this harsh... It is us who are paying there way anyways out of our tax dollars... And yet they get a job in prison to make money... Some states allow it. And some don't... You may want to check into it.. Also so if they keep calling for the wrong person report them to the BBB...

File complaint with FDC.gov  I just did a***nst James Bass from PDM Inc.  He has been harrassing me all day long, after I said to cease calling me at my place of employment he called me back to back 5 more times and then left a rude and threatening voice message, which I have kept, saved to e-mail and will be using to prove my case with the Attorney General's Office in FL and AR (where I live).  Being unprofessional will get these people no where but in trouble.  It's uncalled for.

These people are relentless and unscrupulous. The first call that I received from them was at work. I told the called that I was not allowed to have private calls at work  but she kept calling and got more and more belligerent. I then took the number and called from my cell phone. I told her immediately that I was not allowed to receive calls at work she s****ed yelling at me and told me that I was not in a position to dictate anything to her. At that time I promptly ***g up the phone. I know that collection agencies are not allowed to do this but it does not stop these people. It’s just incredulous what lengths these people go through. They have continued to call and harass me but I refuse to answer the phone because of my first experience with the. She threatened to go to my HR department. My question is for what? For a personal matter that has nothing to do with my job. I wonder if these people realize that if I lose my job then they get nothing. I was more than willing to pay but not with these tactics.

I have spoken to employees at PDM and hae actually not had a bad experience.  The people I talked to were quite polite and helpful in trying help me to get my debt paid.  I guess it's all in whom you speak to.

The company is PDM.. they are a debt collection business for check cashing agencies and so forth.  The tactics that are used are illegal.  Agencies are not allowed to make threats a***nst you.  Any reputable agency would be sending you collection letters in the mail to prove that they are who they say they are.  Ignore these calls or call the attorney generals office in Florida and lodge a complaint.  You have rights!  The only way these people will be stopped is if they are put out of business.   Do not give them money...  make them mail you so****ing to verify.

the person that called was rude here name was angela davies she said if i didnt pay for a check thats because i gave her my account number and she went and drawn the 1.0000 dollars that was not in my account she said that it was furded and that she was going to send the informationto the state attonys office bbut i know she was trying to get money for and apartment that i own im on a fixed income only get ssi for my to daughters

No, I am not Ms. Owens, she is actually no longer w/the company. And when these loans are applied for,the applicant has to provide references, so the reason for the refs are nt to avoid paying, bt a requirement of the clients we work for. I have had to borrow $$ in my lifetime, the only difference is that I make sure it's an amount I can handle paying back when the time comes, to ensure my friends and family are not harrassed (as people claim they are being), and to elaborate on ur statement of bothring inncoent people,,,,how is a phone call bothersome?? Tell whomever we are calling for not to give out ur nbr and presto!! problem solved.

Have you ever thought that the people that owe money could very well give away other people´s phone numbers; specially if they are not planning to pay, and therefore you are bothering innocent people..? I know that car buyers do so, to avoid the hazard of having the car sellers phoning them day and night. I Know because I have received many calls (some at intempestive hours) from car dealers telling me things like "Jim, or Tom, or Harry, come over to discuss the colour of your car..." And, even if you tell them fifty times that they are phoning the wrong person, they keep on phoning hoping, I guess, to sell you a car!Hope you don´t ever have to borrow any money. And I hope everybody pays their loans, that way you won´t have a reason to complain because... oh yeah, you´d be out of your job... I am amazed at the comments here! I am actually an employee of PDM, and if we are calling u, there is only one of two reasons..either u owe money or someone u know does, and has given out ur nbr on the initial application. Its funny how people wanna call the police or BBB when its time to pay back $$ that u know u rightfully owe. And as far as the references, tell ur deadbeat friends and family to stop borrowing money and nt paying it back and we wouldn't have any reason to dial ur nbr!!!!

Also, Debt Collectors are not allowed to use such strong arm tatics, as we are protected law. These people are very rude and very unprofessional. I have recieved no written form of debt and have not recieved any information whatsoever from them. What they are doing IS illegal. I understand that I am to pay a debt, but they are not allowed to do it as they are. Please report them to the BBB if you receive any calls from them.

I received a call on my cell phone from this number looking for an Andrea Maher.  I was told she left my number as a point of contact.  This appears to be a scam as I don't know anyone by that name.  Don't give any info to this company.

I got a call from the infamous Owens lady who is rude and ignorant. First she calls my work phone asks to speak with me or my supervisor. I knew it was collections so I did not say who I was, then she called my cell phone left a message and then called my work phone twice and said she was filing a claim in the county where I live and wanted to speak to my lawyer and she would be calling my job to verify my employment and so forth. This owens woman is evil as*****.

I got a call from a person named John Lomax.  He was the most unprofessional, and rude **** that I have ever heard from. And to top it off the call wasnt even for me!!!! He threatened me, and was even to the point of cussing at me.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE IF YOU SEE THIS NUMBER!!!!!!

I do not understand how the name of the company can be 'Professional Debt Mediation' when there is nothing professional about the message that was left on my phone--VERY THREATENING--for a person I have not heard from for 2 years! Not exactly the way to get most people to want to resolve a debt--especially with the economy in the shape it's in. Law enforcement was contacted...

Although they were not the nicest people to deal with initially, they did end up alerting me to a case of my iden***y being stolen. If the info they are giving you doesn't make sense, research it on your own and make sure you have no become a victim of ID theft. PDM is a debt collection firm used by companies to try to collect on bad debt. Do not give them any money until you have so****ing in writing and fully understand what you are doing!

I just received a call from them and took a message as if the person they were looking for was not available. It was a Mr. Smith who also stated it was a very important call and left a reference number...from what I read from other people it is Professional Debt Mediation, Inc. in Flordia... From what I have read from other people they are very rude. Not sure if I want to call them back.. just google PDM or the phone number and read what they said

This number called five times in a row and a lady that finally gave me her name... Michelle Bailey .. Wouldn't tell me who she was with exept for PDM..  I told her this was a business phone and she needed to check her records.  She said I was very rude and told me she needed to talk to my HR department or a supervisor.  Very tasteless employees.. Especially when THEY have the incorrect phone number.

My husband and I just got home from a trip and there were two messages from this number with threating messages for my daughter who does not live with us.Does anyone know how I can get this to stop,is there a no call list for this type of calls.
