Received call while at work on my office line from an individual with a thick middle eastern accent. There was a great deal of background noise - a lot of other folks talking on the phone. He introduced himself as a Eric Fanklin and he said he is with The LLC Law Offices out of New York City. He wanted to confirm my Social Security Number which he read back to me. He stated that I had to pay for past debts that are now due or I would be arrested in the next 24 hours. I asked to be sent via E-mail or US Mail proof of these debts that I owe and the total amount. I also told him that Debt Collection falls under the Civil Courts for processing which I have never received a summons to appear for a case a***nst me. Civil Court does not have the power to swear out a summons and to have anyone arraested. I also told him that I never received a summons to appear for a case a***nst me in Criminal Court as well. This man on the phone a***n stated in broken english that this was The LLC Law Offices and if I didn't pay today I was going to jail. I asked him to send me a copy of the Ruling and Guilty Charge by the Court along with the Copy of the Summons and Warrant for my Arrest. He then stated that I must pay now while on the phone or I was going to jail for check fraud. I told him I wanted proof of the debt mailed along with the Court findings and the Warrant for my Arrest. He said no. I a***n stated that I wanted verification of the debt mailed to me and I would not give any further information or payment arrangemnets over the telephone until I receive all required information. He then told me he had all of my personal information and could send the police to me right now to get me. I told him that was fine as long as the Police can supply me with all of the Debt Collection Information that I owe. I would alos need a copy of the the Court Charges that I was found Guilty for, and why I never received a summons to appear in court to present my defense. I would also need a copy of the Warrant for my Arrest that will show for what cause. He became angry then mummored so****ing in another language and ***g up phone.

They called me from the 904 area code, and also 204 area code. They said that I had several outstanding loans that I had applied on-line for, and were collecting those debts of $915.00.  They asked me to e-mail them my information Subject: Baymen Authorizations FormTo: [email protected]       to authorize payment from a debit card. The person to whom I was speaking had a very heavy middle eastern accent, and was hard to understand.  He said that if I did not pay today, that I would be jailed, and would have to go to court. I am still having collection agencies call for payments on the accounts that he stated that he was collecting for. I was scammed!

Do not pay these guys a dime.  Do not give them any information about yourself.  They are a fraudulent collection agency misrepresenting themselves as legitimate merchants.  In many cases, the debt in question does not exist.  They are being investigated by the FBI.  I****ume they will be shut down soon.

They called asking if I had ever been arrested for writing bad check and fraud..they said I owed for a payday loan wich I thought may have been true..but after setting up a payment plan, they called me a***n with a different phone# 713-893-3869 so I became su****ious and googled their info. They sound foreign but have regular names like Will Smith and Steven Richards. I will report them as fraud and make them provide do***ents...

I received several harassing phone calls from this number.  They claimed to be FBI, were very nasty, calling me a loser, etc over the phone.  Claiming that they were going to come to my job and arrest me for some owed debt, that I need to pay $350 before 3PM that day .... it was crazy.  I called the local FBI office and gave them all the information, impersonating an FBI agent is a federal offense.  I****ume they pursued it.
