Now this guy is useing Andy Thomas he say's very important that I return the call I can't even understand the phone number. He say's if I don't return the phone call the only thing I can do is wish you good luck caller ID says unknow caller

Three months ago I s****ed getting these calls, from 5 different numbers and numbers s****ing with a + sign.  They threatened to federally prosecute me if I did not fax them personal information about my accounts.  At this point I knew it was a scam.  I asked them if they were some company and they said yes I called that company and they said no this is a scam they bought your information off a web site.  So now the phone number count is at 8 with 2 being blocked.  I have reported this to the FTC and they have not done anything.  I am tired of receiving these calls.  Until I finally figured out that this was a scam for sure they had me all upset and scared.  They can continue to call I may just c****e my phone number.

Now there useing a new number 209-265-0413 he says his name is Paul Sanders and I can call the landline number same guy. These middle eastern wanna be debt collecting/attorneys/police people are wasting their time don't let them scare you. When they call  there is no number just says unknow caller

STOP CALLING ME!!!!ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY FROM ME SAYING THAT I OWE FOR SOME PAYDAY LOAN FROM THIS ONE PLACE I NEVER EVEN GOT ONE.STOP CALLING AND HARRASSING!

Same thing called my friend  to have me  call 904-507-4246 and said their was a family emergency. when I called he wanted money right now for a  depth, I told him that this is a scam and that I have specical s****s I will find them I will shut you down and I will arrest you. Have not heard anything from him he went by Bob Smith. do not let these people  scare you.

The FBI local authorities, FTC haven't done s**t about this guy, you just need to call your phone company and have them block the numbers

This guy has called me over 50 times this morning to speak to an employee.  Employee are not allowed to accept personal calls I have told him to stop calling and he won't

I got a call from this number as well and after looking it up new it was a scam. I called back and spoke to "Officer Mark" about the lawsuit being filed a***nst me for an unpiad cash advance. HE got very annoyed with all the questions I asked him, especially when I asked what county in Florida the lawsuit was being filed in, to which he replied "Jacksonville County." There is no jacksonville county in Florida. Your info was sold to them to try and scam you. Don't let them scare you!

Got a call from this idiot today. Said he was contacting me about legal action a***nst my sister and that if I didn't relay the info and have her call me they would take legal action a***nst me ***...yeah right!)I could barely understand him with his heavy Middle Eastern accent so I kept asking him to repeat himself over and over (wink, wink ;)He said...and I quote "I have your Social Security number" I told him that this was illegal and continued to sort of harass him a bit and he finally grew frustrated and ***g up.My advice to anyone would be to ignore these ****** scam artists! Do not give them any information!!!

Include all numbers, names, and all details so they can catch these dumb maytag school drop outs. CASHCO PAYDAY LOANS, ACS, ACH, National Affidavit Processing Service or whatever other name...lots of numbers. Oh, and they love it when you keep calling them and threatening to find them and prosecute them....Really, he kept ****ing up on me...but he didn't call no more...his fellow buddhas did and still do. They seem to use lots of cell phones. States seem to be California, Florida and New York numbers. These people with the thick accents from this number also called me. I called the number back trying to figure out what they wanted from me. It turned out they were trying to get a hold of my friend. I do not know how they knew I was friends with her, or how they got my cell phone number and name. She said she also got a voicemail from these same people last week. When I was on the phone with them they said they were doing an investigation on my friend and I needed to have her call them. I then proceeded to chew them out and explain that not one single person I've heard from on that number sounded like they were from the United States and they needed to take me off their calling list because I was not going to do a **** thing for them. I then came across this website and called to report it to the F.T.C.. They couldn't do anything and just told me to get a copy of my credit report. They did, however, let me report the incident. The lady told me it was most likely because my friend looked into a "pay day loan" or so****ing. They can't do anything and she told me that if they keep calling to tell them that under some debt collection act or so****ing, you must contact that person... not friends etc. She also told me to tell my friend to tell them "unless you can validate my debt, there is nothing further for us to talk about." She said you can also just ignore them.

Keep getting calls from this number 904-507-42-46. The guy says, my name if Officer Paul Smith and i want you to pay your debt today. I asked him who does he work for, all i get pay your debt and you won't go to jail. The caller call a ***n leaving threats messages and harrassing me for money. The caller has a heavy indian accent and he goes by Officer Paul Smith. That is not his real name. I want this person to stop calling me everyday and every second. He won't tell me anythingelse. STOP CALLING ME.

Hey, that is nothing, he called me 26 times in 45 mins. i told them the police had their number, that the where tracking them . which was true, they laughed @ me . So, i told them off, they said they where going to F *#@! me.  I didn't answer the next time .he left me a mess. saying, if i didi not return his call ,said " I wish you liuck on what is about to unfold on you!!! How bout that for being scary? sounds like the same person w/ a middle eastern accent.They/he has used 6 different #"s same voice. this world is crazy scary!!!

i got all the paper of my outstanding loan.

They called me today too left a message for Tommy and the last four of his social.  Very thick accent, hard to understand.  Said he was in a big legal mess.  Weird part is that I am not Tommy, nor do the last 4 of the social they provided were mine.  I've received these calls before, it's part of a fraud ring operating off-s****.  Report them to the FTC and all other agencies to stop them from harassing you.  They've bought information about you illegaly from some place (could be a payday loan advance place as they are the most common offenders).

I also have received a phone call from these people.  They have very strong accents.  It is hard to understand them.  This is very scary.  They threatened me with jail if I did not pay.  I told them to send me the do***ents for me to review and it has been three days and still have not received anything.  Has anyone ever received anything from these people?

Same thing happened to me today.... They called my boss and my girlfriend and said I was involved in some illegal Internet fraud thing..

"Robin Smith" who claims to be law enforcement called about an alleged consumer debt owed to "Ameripay".  Claimed that if the debt wasn't paid immediately, a warrant for arrest will be issued.407-506-0758 is the fax # that is being used.  The caller ID shows 904-507-4246.
