This a collection agency. They keep calling and calling all the way til 9pm sometimes.  They are very rude people. They need to learn to work on their communication s****s.  I think they are scammers. my son answered the phone and asked to speak to my husband. told them he was unavailable and they wanted to know whe he would be. my son told them he didnt know. They try to get as much information as possible.

They called the house while I was at work and my daughter said I was working.  They asked for her to either give them a cell number, work number or time I could be reached at the number they were calling. She said no she wouldn't give out my work number, I don't have a cell number and she didn't know what time I'd be home.  This Josh guy argued with her and told her that most people weren't so ****** and would be smart enough to hand over information so that he could get in contact with me.  She said she'd be glad to take a message and he said it was too long to give so she said okay and goodbye.  So he calls back 5 minutes later and says is she home yet (this is at 805 am) and already the 2nd call of the morning.  He was rude to a kid and that's crazy, where do they think they can get off talking to kids this way.  They call anywhere from 2 times to 10 times a day for 3-4 days and then don't call for a week or so and then all over a***n.

Ok here you all go to stop all these phone calls. I have purchased and installed the call blocker software hooked my phone line to my computer’s phone modem and this works. You must have caller id service and this will catch all the phone calls you don’t want doesn’t even give them a chance to even leave a message. I called the number back as I have done for the longest time now and someone actually answered. The guys name was James and he said the business name, it is actually, Pinnacle Financial Group. Especially since I'm not even the person whom they are looking for!!!!

This number goes to a company called pinnacle collections corp out of Jacksonville, fl.They are a total pain in the -ss. They call me at least 10 times a week and every time I tell them the same thing. They are trying to reach an employee of mine, the problem is, he moved out of Jacksonville, Fl. over 8 years ago. So being the thick headed no good for nothing pests that they are, no matter how many time I tell them this they just continue to call. You would think after 4 years of calling and being told the same thing every time, they would eventually catch on and stop calling! Nope! Not them, so now what I try to do is keep them on the line as long as possible asking some of the dumbest questions that I can think of. I figure the longer I keep this ***** on the phone they can't call and bother anyone else.

This number called my cell at 9:23 this morning and left  no message.
