I called the number back and as soon as they picked it up they said Hi and my name and thanks for calling back ..weird that even a spammer would actually greet me by name .. and not pick up and say name of company and ask how they could help mr

TO ALL OF YOU - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! If you have received a call from this phone number [(904) 697-1008] This is a fraudulent company. I have dealt with MANY of these phone numbers (this being one of them). Call the Federal Trade Commission at (877) 382-4357. This is a toll-free call and could prevent these kind of programs from stealing your iden***y. Some of the phone numbers that I, and many people that I know, claim to be businesses that are in the process of suing you, some claim to be businesses that want to help you consilidate or eliminate your debt. DO NOT give them ANY of your identification or credentials, EVER. Immediately call the Federal Trade Commission and file a report with that number. The sooner you call, and the more complaints on the phone number, the sooner the FTC will shut them down and press charges.

Call n dont say anything

This number is messing up my life. When I answer they never say anything, but call daily and have for 4 weeks. My husband actually asked if I was having a telephone affair. I am ready to have my attorney look into this and sue.
