Offered some free magazine ... SCAM

Keep getting calls at all hours of night and day. Its spammy and you can hear its a call center in the background. Leaves no messages and will not remove me from list when I ask them to. I am on DO NOT CALL Registry.

We have received a few calls from them, I've talked to someone every time. They want to get you to subscribe to a "free" magazine. She said the company name is License Global. Caller ID says "ADS COMPANY".

Vitelity is just the communications company that rents out the numbers. They host all sorts of low-life communications predators. Knowing their name won't help much. However, if you see the name on caller ID, chances are it's a telemarketer, information scooper, collector, or some other annoying and/or scamming en***y. Skipping the call will probably be smart.

Caller ID says Vitelity, LLC.  No one responds when call is answered.

These folks keep calling me, but they never leave a message. I guess the "do not call" list doesn't mean anything to them. How do I stop them from harassing me?

I get calls from this number 3 - 4 times a day.....when I try to call.it back I get a fast busy.....how do I block this number?

They called at 4:45 AM.  I want them to stop but have no idea how to contact them.  If I find the company who hired them, I will boycott them for life

I got the clue after 2 calls with no one on the line - I no longer answer themI decided it's a scam based on the facts as i knew them    - they never leave a message      - no one is on  the line    - they keep callingWhat else can it be but a creative way of piquing our curiosity and hooking us to call back so they can   - try and sell us so****ing we'd otherwise live just as well without (impulse shopping like the dang candy, gim**** toothbrushes or ****** magazines in the grocery line)  &/or    - charge us for the call-back (the scam charge people usually don't fight and if they do it is often unsuccessful b/c they've disappeared by the time the phone carrier tries to contact them.  So a creative person looking to make easy money and who only has their own interests in mind perhaps    - keeping a telemarketing job (which i could respect if they were there when we answered) or    - generate the scam money they wantDONT fall victim to your otherwise healthy curiosity  :)  :)Think about it this way - you get charged in any case    - pay your carrier       - answer and use a precious cell-phone minute(s)       - call them back same       - pay for the 'privilege' and phone plan 'extra' -- call-blocking     -****entially pay those pesky callers if your su****ion that it's a scam shop comes true    -    -     - Thanks to all who bother to come out here and post info - without it I'd be 'grrrrrrrrrrrrr-ing' along on my lonesome :) and just dying to call back and say HEY stop calling me

Called to i didn't answer. Called them back and their was elevator music. Possibly their's so****ing in common with all of us.

Multiple calls, no one says anything, they just **** up

This number called our office asking for a specific person, but by the time I found that person, they had ***g up.  It was someone who rarely gets calls.

ANSWERED PHONE BUT NO ONE ON OTHER END, GET CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER 2 TO 3 TIMES A DAY

Caller ID displayed the caller as "PRIVATE". It is a call center contracted by Advanstar Communications who is contracted by Dealer Expo to verify registrants for the upcoming Motorcycle Dealer Expo in Indianapolis Feb. 2011. I get several calls a year from different sources to confirm my registration for this event. I haven't missed it in over 20 years and have come to expect the calls, many times the caller has a heavy foreign accent and sometimes I have to have them repeat their questions more than once, but they never ask my address, they quote my address and then I confirm it.

They also keep me calling.Someone mentioned on a post that if you call them back you are charged € 4.70.It is a scamDon't call backProbably a bunch of Negerians who found a new trick to make money  . . . . .

They keep calling and not saying anything except **** up after a pause when I answer the phone.  Got a call at 10:44 AM, 8:58 AM and another in between (probably 9:30ish).  Getting really annoyed...

Rang the number back and they answered immediately and said that they ring people offfering them free magazines.I politely turned them down.

Same here - for the last couple of weeks - like everyother day.
