I receive a call grom this number like 3 times a day no body.talks and its just lime some body berating and when is a.vm is just a beep message its.been like this for almost two months what can I.do about this situation? Can any body help

No message left, but when I tried to call it back I only got a busy signal.

"Vitelity LLC" is a provider of VoIP phone service, that is commonly used by a number of telemarketers, particularly calling from out of the country or overseas. They also frequently show up on caller id in connection with fraudulent telemarketing complaints, including advance fee "loan" scams, phony "payday loan debt collection" scams, etc. The call might be coming from anywhere in the world. Best response is to not answer, as it's probably a "con" of some sort. If you do talk to them, DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY, and DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY ID OR ACCOUNT INFORMATION. These calls are often scams or phone extortion rackets.

received a call from this number with just a beep for a vm, same thing from 214-222-9183 about an hour before that.
