did not answer they keep calling

This is a scam. I registered a complaint with the CRTC. They are aware of it and are working with US law enforcement to try to find who is responsible. The calls are originating in the States and routing through the 905 233 4214 number.

This number calls my house every other day. Every time I try to get a name or a supervisor number they **** up.

Called this morning 10:26 AM (Feb. 23d 2010)Tried to call back: Busy signal.

they called me at 9:14 this morning waking up my son i didnt get the phone on time and they didnt leave a message!

This number has been calling my home non stop and it's quite annoying. Thank you to those for you who have posted on this forum clarifying it's a scam. I do hope this issue gets solved I'm not to pleased about this nonsense.

unknown caller called home yes****ay (monday), we took the call their ma****e played saying so****ing about lowering credit cards rates, I just ****ed up...They just called a***n today (tuesday), this time their phone number showed as 905-233-4214 and I didn't answer, my ma****e recorded but no message was left only a blank recording...I google this number 905-233-4214, I noticed people are saying the same thing I was told on a recording yes****ay (lower your credit card interest), in conclusion it seems that this people go by at least two numbers 905-233-4214 and maybe 250-412-8815.

got a call today saying a credit card was in arrears.  I have no cards in arrears.  When I questioned who they were they ***g up.  sounds like some kind of scam

Automated call from these clowns just now. Message was digitally sped up about 5x, making it totally garbled. At least they're not scamming anyone when the message is scrambled.

I like to know from who this phone call is coming

905-233-4214 is a well known scam. DO NOT give them any personal information or the time of day. According to the National Do Not Call List organization, this number is actually fake so it is difficult to determine the origin of the call.  Try to get as much information about them and their company. The CRTC (Ca***a) is currently investigating this matter as they are well aware of this issue.  In the meantime, continue to notify the phone company, the CRTC, the RCMP, the FBI, and BBB and file a complain until justice is served.  Be sure to note your conversation if any, the exact time of the call and phone number. They use different numbers and maybe using an internet phone that is harder to trace.  I wouldn't be surprised if this scam funds radical ********* groups.We should not have to pay for a monthly phone service that gets hijacked or abused.  It is the responsibility of the phone company who owns the lines and service to stop this activity and **** the *******s.  How would you like your Superbowl to be interrupted by a pirate TV station broadcast of some scammer?  The cable and satellite companies would never let that happen, so why does the phone company let this continue?

Called yes****ay, pre-recorded message. I called back and was said to dial 1 or 2 regarding credit card interest rate... ? I don't know what....

The caller was extremely rude and her profanity was NOT appreciated. Told me to cancel all my M***** F******* credit cards.

I called CRTC to file a complaint, and was advised to call 1-866-580-3625 to file a complaint.   You will need to provide them with your name, telephone number, the time and date of the offending call, and the number from which the call was placed.CRTC states they are receiving a significant number of complaints about this organisation and are trying to amass enough to take appropriate action.

Card Services International or so****ing like that.  I spoke with a girl who said her name was Lauren after a pause when I asked.  She then refused to give me a contact number or let me speak with a manager, said "that's not going to happen" and ***g up.  They've called me over half a dozen times at least, and each time before this I've asked them to remove my name from their list.  What's the point on being on the do not call list??
