Ok so I feel the need to share with all of you that I received a call from Stephen Walters office and after I read all of this on this web page i decided to ignore the calls. Then I s****ed getting letters stating they would take me to court/effect my credit...But i kept on ignoring the calls and letters. So now guess what??!?!?!?!??!?!?They have taken me to court and garnished my wages.....OMFG you're all wrong about them. They are real they have the right to call and yes they will make good on the threats....May I suggest to everyone to STOP reading **** from people that dont actually know whats going on. Call the people back and find out what they want then fight the claim on your terms...get the so called proof or else you'll be in the same spot as me having my wages garnished instead of figuring it out on my terms......

received similar messages from Stephen Watters law office about an important matter that had come across her desk. Also Claude Delrean. We never bothered to return the call as we knew we shouldn't be implicated in ANY legal matter. We looked up the number on the internet and couldn't find any connection to any lawyers office other than the number is based in Hamilton. Beware!

Received a call yes****ay saying we owed an old residence $2200 they said they were charging for clean up fees and had to collect. She (Claude Delrean)said she had to collect this fee. Seeing our file had come across her desk. So...the haggling begins and a verbal agreement is given and she takes the offer to the old place of residence to see if this is acceptable. I only s**** to make arrangements because this is a "lawyer" and yes panic set in. I receive a phone call saying the deal has been accepted. I end up taking an address down to send the cheques to. We decide to follow up in the Yellow Pages. We cannot find this law office anywhere. So...I have decided that I'm going to take a 45 minute drive to the location that I was given...seeing that I'm not sure if the information that I took down was legitimate or correct. I did have difficulty with the Francophone accent at times.
