July 20.   1.      The agent identified himself as calling from Bell Ca***a, Promotions Department.   2.      He said his name was James Martin [although he sounded like 'John Andrews' from previous calls.]   3.      I asked which city he was calling from and he said Windsor   4.      I asked him for his return phone number which he gave as 416 581-0086Unless an immediate solution to these harrassing phone calls is found, it Iseems that I have no alternative than to report this abuse to Ellen Roseman, Consumer Reporter for The Toronto Srtar newspaper, and CTV Consumers Report broadcaster Pat Foran along with the CRTC and local law enforcement authorities.

We ahd a call from this number - they identified themselves as Bell Ca***a - they wanted to upgrade our internet and asked for credit card numbers and banking information. As we are long-time Bell customers, I told them no way - Bell would never ask for this. I called Bell Ca***a this morning and their office****ured me that Bell Ca***a would never ask for credit card information or banking information . If you try to call this number, it says that the number is not in service. Beware!

905-581-0086 has been calling me at least once (if not twice or three times) a day for weeks!! I've answered it a few times and they've identified themselves as Bell Ca***a, and other times I just get silence, but whenever I get someone I tell them to remove me from their list and STOP CALLING, but they keep harassing me with their persistent calling.They need to be stopped.

I was called by this number, was Bell Ca***a trying to sell my home phone & internet.

I got a call from this number, i looked it up to see these comments. People have nothing better to do with their time!! so frustrating!!

I am getting the same exact call every other day like, ***ody speaks, rarely i hear a goodbye, if i call back getting the voicemail full message, really annoying...

I just got a call from this number and when I returned the call it said the voicebox was full.  I googled it and now I see that this number is obviously tied to so****ing crooked.  I am going to try and block it from my phone.  Thanks for the posts...otherwise I never would have known...

This number called me last week and a***n just a few minutes ago, I didn't answer it due to the weird caller name...very strange

harassing phone calls from this number... every second day...

I keep gettin calls from this same number but i can hear someone breathing on the other end.. 19055810086 and when i try to call back blocked id.. it says.. voicemail box is full and cannot receive messages at this time

I've gotten a couple of calls from these guys, but haven't answered because of the strange caller-ID.  You can block these numbers (ones that slip past a do-not-call order, apparently) by dialling #60.  If they've just phoned, all you have to do after you've activated Call Block is dial 01#.  Otherwise, you have to punch in the number, then hit # a***n.  I've used this service LOTS of times to block telemarketers, and it seems to work very well.

I just got a call from this number. they said they are calling from bell ca***a offering special discounts.  He asked which services I have with bell, so i said "arent you calling from bell?"  and he ***g up.

I think the CRTC does not care..or they are responsible for this scam...it is now a month since this number was reported...and I can see by the posting dates...at least 6 months this number has been harrassing people...they are still making calls...you decide why nothing is being done.

Beware !!! This number calls & asks for personal info i.e. phone numbers, cell numbers, & BANK INFO !!!! Do not respond.  Block this caller if you can & report the number to the CRTC

The caller identifies themselves as Bell Ca***a... I called Bell to verify & was told the call is a big *** scam.. For those of you who can, I suggest you block that number.

This caller is now asking for personal info....  i.e. cell numbers, home numbers, and info regarding billing.   Please STOP them now before someone gets scammed big time !!!   I have called the CRTC but, as usual, with bureacratic b.s.  no one answers.  CRTC says they will call back.

Three calls in a row the very same minute on my Cell in Toronto on Sa****ay evening. I didn't answer the first two calls but I answered the third time the very same minute. No body spoke any thing - silent, but after a while I heard ma****e saying "Good Bye". First time Caller ID: 19055810086, Second time Caller ID: 9055810086, Third time Caller ID: 19055810086 (same as the first time) - all three calls the very same minute - wow!
