These people see a joke. I want everyone to be aware that once a hospital bill is no longer in the hands of the hospital its the clowns (debt collectors)  that pay off the bill. Ok so heres the thing. These @@#$% heads sent both my sister and me the same exact bill. They only wanted to collect. They had been calling me everyday for a month before their threats, turned into mine. They sent two of the same bill to the same person..... illegal. So with that and him calling me everyday I threatened to call the cops for harassment and fraud. Before that he was an a@@ hole to me, so I just layed into him. THESE GUYS HAVE NO WAY OF TAKING ACTION! TELL THEM OFF!

906-228-8027 belongs to Credit Check of Marquette. They have several unlisted numbers they use to call you hoping you'll think "Oh, it's not the same number as last time". They will try to collect and may get abusive and try to bully you into paying the bill. Just remember to look up on the The Federal Trade Commission website. This will tell you "What practices are off limits for debt collectors". Then you can arm yourself with the right knowledge to handle these creeps. For those who wish to know who owns the 906-228-8027 its Credit Check of Marquette, Michigan.  They try to collect debts by calling and trying to bully people into paying a debt they owe.  They won't stop calling until you pay them.  If you are in a situation where your not working or somehow unable to pay... they don't care... they will tell you to borrow money from someone.

They call and won't tell me anything about it cause it's not me they are looking for... kinda annoying... but now that i see it's a Debt Collector i can understand it a little better, thanks!

I have the same experience.  Message is "this is a message from a debt collector, we look forward to hearing from you."  But no number is left.  When I call back, it is continually busy.

Calls my cell and leaves no message then when i try to call back the phone is just busy... Hmmm
