Got a message that my warranty was about to expire, so, the first question she asked was the model of my vehicle. Where as an actual warranty business has all your info on file. All they need to ask is for your name and maybe security verification. They they would have a file on me with all the info about my vehicle and any info the would need. So the fact that the first call asked for make of vehicle was a red flag. I****ume there trying right away to figure the value of your vehicle to know whether it's worth it to continue. My goal was to wast there time. When she asked for my vehicle info, I asked which one. She sighed and I repeated which one is about to run out. She ***g up. Apparently that was not on her script and couldn't answer. Also... I HAVE NO ***KIN VEHICLE!! *****. My only regret was she cute off so soon. I guess any trick question such as which vehicle, If she would've just guessed I would have said yes to keep the combo going. Just remember, if you have a warranty with someone they have all your info on file and just need to verify who you are. The reason this got me ****ed is the fact that their model is to lie and scare an unsuspecting "target" that they need to buy this product that has no value whatsoever. Also not always bit in general older and less tech savvy people****ume they are legit. Which is the saddest part, that the people who can least afford this worthless product are coerrced out of fear to buy this. It's just sick. I think anytime we get a call about warranties or other things that that you fearay be a scam. We should first try to talk to them and get as muchh info about them as possible. Think about some legit questions about what they are selling as not to have them disconnect after one question. I'm gonna keep calling these illigitimate sales people, remember some are just salesmen really trying to sell a product. But when the lie about who they are, can't answer simple follow up questions. And use coercion to install fear into you, record it and if anyone has any stories like this respond to this and maybe we can exc****e emails, maybe if the volume gets higher I might s**** a channel of trolling and exposing these scammers. Thanks Dave
