Leave a CommentI received a call from PCA Security offering a promotional offer on a business security system. I had the salesman come to my business to further explain. I signed a tenative agreement and called the following day to cancel. When I called the owner, Andrew, acted completely out of line when he ***g up on me when I called to cancel a tentative agreement. Then I called back to request a confirmation of the cancellation and he cursed and yelled and ***g up a***n before I could get a word out. Very scary that this man is still in business. Glad I didn't get into a contract with this unprofessional company.
