I just received a call from Steve Martin, who claims to work for the United County Department saying he is calling to collect on a payday loan from 2006.  I told him the debt was paid and that this was harrassment.  He became upset and said I would be arrested for fraud and ***g up.  I called him back (no answer of course)and informed him that I had talked with an attorney and he would be found and arrested if he called me a***n.  The number he gave me was 904-328-2996.
