Yep, got the same thing, a text about 1 1/2 hours ago saying Wachovia card 4828** is locked...i dont even have a Wachovia card, and it listed a New Jersey number to call back 908-318-0553

I got the same text. if you call from a nu,ber other than your cell it is dead silence. I called and blocked my cell number and got a busy signal. I called from my cell and i got a voice mail. A total scam.

I called from work, entered 0 hoping to speak to a human to get further info on the scam. I was ***g up on, a minute or so later I was a call on my work phone, dead air no one on the other line.I tried calling the number a***n. A human answered, and said the phone lines were crossed and I should try calling my bank back later. I never mentioned I was calling a bank!Scam!

Exactly the same thing happened to me. First thing I did was search on the web for this number and I got to this page. Then I knew it is a scam. Just for the sake of it I called the number provided by them. It directly goes to ask the caller about three pieces of information and s****s with a 16 digit card number. What a scam going on.
