got someone whose english s****s were lacking tryed to get me to pay on some payday loan i didnt take out

Telemarketing company called me and said I had a pay day loan that I did not pay back and how I would like to handle this without further legal action. They had my address, drivers license, email but could not give me a proper social security number. I called them back and they could not even answer the phone properly. They did not even speak English so you could understand them. They could not even give me the name of the company I supposedly borrowed the money from.

A man named "officer Mike Stevens" left a message saying I was in serious legal trouble. He had a very strong Indian accent and was hard to understand, but he wished me luck, and said "only god can help you now" Whatever! SCAM!!!

A man with a thick Indian accent called threatening a lawsuit a***nst. He had ALL of my information as well I aske dfor numbers and also for do***entation but they declined any informaiton and when i told them my friend was an attorney and that he said according to Texas law i needed to get so****ing in writing to move on this, he ****ged up. From what I have been able to find out this is a SCAM.
