I got dinged by this too.  Except he didn't give multiple numbers, only the 908 number.  I called Verizon Wireless to let them know about it.  The person on the line said that it is a land line, not a cell #.  I explained the whole hidden billing number deal and told him that I would not pay for any charges that were billed as a result of me calling that #.The person on at VZW was unaware of hidden billing numbers.

Responds to ads requesting a message be left at this number. Has no interest in talking to the seller. Unsuspecting sellers get charged $10 for making the phone call. Please bring this scammer to justice! Just posted an item on Craigslist about an hour ago and got the same as everyone else. I placed and ad on Craigslist this morning, and the first response was exactly as the other posters above had said.  Same text.  Same request to call either of these two numbers, from "Don".Fortunately I did a google search for this number first, and that is where I learned of this fraud scheme BEFORE calling "Don" back.
