(908) 572-0678 is a total scam. I feel bad for the guys face that he's using for this scam and I've reported him as well.

I have been dealing with this same guy...although he hasn't asked for money yet. He seems to never be able to leave Africa. I met him on Match.com also...he favorited me and then took weeks before contacting me. Said he subscription was ending and he wanted mt email address to send me emails. He told me that the mother just abandoned the little boy, Jason and she had an affair with his best friend. Said that he just moved to the East side of Cleveland from New Jersey and doesn't have anyone in his life he can trust. He doesn't answer direct questions and his language is way off...like "How has been your day, sweets?"

"Larry McGee" said all the same things to me. Mother and brother died a year ago, is a freelance general contractor, has a son, is in Africa right now, and I met on Match.com. Right away asks for number and email address. Also said "how has been your night.". Sent me pics of him and his son that didn't match his profile pic. I blocked his number before he could ask for money. Also reported him on Match.com.

"Larry McGee" is still in west Africa today, which clearly is not true. He is saying and doing everything the other comments say and yes he reached out on match.com. Thanks everyone for truthful comments. I was already su****ious but this confirms it.

Yes says his son is 7 named Jason. Sent pics of him in a helicopter, him& his son etc.. He will text you" how has been your day and what are your plans" sweet talk but only wants your money

Claims his mother died of cancer last year and has no one to lean on.. He'll sweet talk you for a few weeks then says he has a problem cashing his checks and then asks you for " funds" what a ****!!! He'll call you " sweets" don't buy it!

I new so****ing was off w this guy! He has a son.. Can't get home from Africa.. Never married.. Says he is a freelance general contractor. Sent me pics of him & his son.. God only knows if the pics he sends are even him! When I asked for him to call me, he'd disappear for a few days.. Sent me emails on how he loves & needs me& wants to s**** a life with me& how strong his feelings are for me even tho we never met! He contacted me on match.com that's how this all s****ed.. Do not give him your information!!!

Thanks for the heads up. He is still saying the same stuff. I knew he was too good to be true. Im glad I didnt fall for it

I agrer with the others he is still in W. Africa and he is having a problem with getting home and he has a son that is with him. He wants your credit card info so you can help him get home. I meet him on match.com DON'T TRUST HIM.

I second the comment below, person is a "he" and goes by the name of Larri (Larry) McGee. Still, one year later, is claiming to be working on a project in W. Africa...Do Not Trust!
