A man asked me if I would support the NJ State Police and wanted me to commit to a $15- donation by phone and i would receive a packet with a sticker for my car. I told him I did not know enough about where the money would go in the organization and asked if he could give me more information. He continued to speak over my requests and said perhaps I could help another time and ***g up.
