Man with very heavy middle eastern accent told my dad his computer had been hacked. unbelievable since he does not own a computer or smart phone. still has a flip phone. but he insisted I log on to his web site so he can fix it.

claims they are calling from the Microsoft technical department claiming there is usual traffic on my home computer and that they can fix it if i log into their site (which is not a Microsoft or windows support site ) also microsoft does NOT call people to report a problem that you have with their operating system reported to the RCMP cyber crimes unit

Caller with heavy accent said my computer had been hacked. When I asked who was calling he said Microsoft. I told him Microsoft does not call and ***g up.

Caller id said verizon so I answered. Man with Caribbean accent said my computer has been hacked. When I asked who he was he ***g up on me.
