ERMI CALLS 4 - 6 TIMES PER DAY.  ASKS FOR THE SAME PERSON, BUT NEVER LEAVES MESSAGE.  CALLS ARE VERY ANNOYING.  THIS IS A BUSINESS PHONE.

ERMI has been calling the doctor's office I work at, at least 7 times a day asking for an employee that never worked here. The doctor here bought the practice of another doctor in town when he retired, and that other doc's old phone number now redirects to us. We explained that she never worked for us and we have no idea who she is but they said, and I quote, "well, we are just going to keep calling until we get (name of the person they are trying to reach) so maybe you should just c****e your phone number."My boss is calling the BBB as i'm typing this.

Thats dell financial.. The call me constantly even after my giving them my lawyers # because I filed bankruptsy.. They are not supposed to call you after you give them ur lawyers #.. My lawyer said that they are breaking the law by doing so and I can sue them

are they american *** i wont pick up the  phone when ever i see ermi she is a *** looking for money.i ask them ever get blood from a rock no but you could have a rock with blood on it

Yes, this company is very annoying. They call multiple times a day with no messages left. As someone already mentioned they are a collection company used by Dell. They are very rude and don't seem to conform to the laws of Fair Debt Collecting. We just added their phone # to our blocked call list. Let's see what happens now....

They call me 4 or 5 times a day asking for Derek Valdez. I have told them ***dreds of time that this is my work number and there is no one her by Derek Valdez. Well I called the number back and asked for the companie name and they said it was Encore Management. I think it's a collection agency.

They called today @ work and asked me to verify my last four digits of my social #, I told them if they knew that then they should know not to contact me at work and I ***g up. She called back and wanted to place a formal complaint a***nst me cause I ***g up,....So I gave her my boss's name and when to call back. I told my boss and asked him to tell her to KISS MY****ets! He said cool, no problem....

Call 5 or 6 times a day asking for an employee.  will not leave a return # for him to call at.  I would like these call stop this is a buisness call employee some where not his job.

Call came in and I have no idea who this is from.

ERMI os Encore Management and they are a collection agency.

I received a call from this number and when I called back, he said his name was Armando from " Encore " a third pary for DELL the computer company.Hope this helps...

Update-'ERMI' have called several times and just ***g, they eventually asked for my husbands EX-wife! I told them to take us off their calling list and stop calling, they day after they called a***n!!

They caled me twice once at 8pm and then a***n at 9pm, whne I picked up it was an automated voice saying 'Thank you for your patience we will be with you shortly' I just ***g up.

This person called i answered it and he asked for my brother, i asked him what it was about then he ***g up, *** does this person want???

Be sure to answer! Then, tell the person on the other line to KISS YOUR F***ING A**!!!!

They used to call me every 5 min for several hours and then skip a day and then s**** back up the next. I wouldnt pick up as I didnt know who they were. Then one day I picked up. They are a company selling a thing called Liberty Fun Pass Card. Supposedly the money goes to our troops.. but I doubt it. Its this card that gives you discounts on all sorts of things from ... grocery store to hotels and flights and like that. They are VERY hard sell over the phone. Rude.. and to get them to STOP calling me I agreed to try their card. They also said they had another one called so****ing America and I said no I dont want that one. But they sent it to me anyway. In order to cancel the Fun Pass I had to print out a request to cancel and then fill it out and then mail it in. It was a real hassle.

I just answer the phone and then **** up.

They call my number 5 to 8 times a day from early am to late pm.They will not leave a message and when we pick up the phone they ask about other people.Who are they and what do they realy want.
