I get a call every day and since my wife past away I had to use my money to pay heir bills and I lost everything in the meantime. I have no money, no car, and no aid of any sort but they keep calling and I just don't know what to do with them anymore? they are a pain in the a**....... where ther is no money ther is no pay and no job so I can't do anything about it.

I received a call from 9092028200 at 9:58am and 11:23am on the same day. I did not answer the call and no voicemail was left. I am a Verizon customer. The number they called was my newly activated work cell phone.

yes they keep calling me and refuse to leave messages, when i call the number i cannot get any ring tone. they call my cell phone and this creates my bill to sky rocket!

Calls at 8:00 in the morning. I finally roll over to pick it up when my answering ma****es turns on but then w***ver was calling ***g up. They called back and did the same thing 3 times already and it's not even noon yet! Getting sick of the calls...if you want me to answer the phone or be able to call you back, then leave a message like normal people do instead of you trying to hide who you are and why you're calling!

i am filing a complaint with the State Attorneys office here in Az. This company calls 10= times a day and no one is ever there when I answer the phone. I thought it was illegal for these guys to use auto dialers.

Recieved a call from this nuumber and thought it was an obscene phone call.  Nothing but giggling and whispered nonsense that I couldn't even identify as words.  Didn't know who it even was until I looked it up here.

I finally got to catch them on the phone. It was indeed NCO, calling in reference to my GE Money Bank account (usually that bank is****ociated with store credit cards and paypal buyer credit)

HERE'S A TIP: For annoying frequent calls (ie debt collectors) to your cell phone you could save the numbers that call and****ign them a unique ringer ID to ring as 'Silent'. So you'll get the call but it won't ring your phone and bother you. Then instead of getting annoyed or frustrated you can just laugh. Sure it seems they call from a million numbers but after a week or two you'll have them all saved and silenced. (ps. I ran into an old Nokia phone with no Silent setting so possibly you could just create your own ringtone with just of couple "pauses".)

Yes it is NCO Financial (collections company that is very crooked). Be glad that you don't get to talk to them. They have been hit by the highest award ever by the FTC for illegal violations of federal law to an extreme extent. Nothing is too disgusting or criminal for them to attempt. They are true bottom feeders, and yes they will disguise their number with a local one to trick you into answering the phone. Just don't. They will be so abusive and hateful and try to force you to pay even your relatives or neighbors bills, or ones of people you don't even know, and they will stop at nothing. Even threatening to have you thrown in prison for years. Very scary people. Just don't answer their phone calls. File a complaint with the FTC and the Atty. Gen. of their home state (think it's Pa.). But don't deal with them. They can even trick you into paying them when you didn't intend to.

The calls s**** at 8:00 a.m. & go to about 9:30 p.m. every day of the week several times each day & no message is left or there's no one on their end when the phone's answered.

They have called my 67 times and I also do not know who they are. I tried to answer the phone but their call put me on hold. Since it is my dime paying for a call on my phone I chose to **** up.How can they collect anything if they are not on the other end of the line? I call this phone harassment.I now keep my phone from ringing and I look to see who it is when it viberates.

Looks like it is NCO a collection agency. They use blind lines to call from different parts of the country to think you will pick up the phone. They will never leave a message because that means they can call yiou all day long, once they leave a mesaqge or talk to someone they can not call a***n that day.
